We had dinner last night with out party of five. Even though the restaurant was extremely buys, our service was outstanding and our chef was entertaining and attentive. He took careful note of our food preparation choices and the food was amazing! Perfectly cooked steak and the scallops where quite possibly best I've had. Our entire party left feeling thrilled... The Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse (or maybe called Hibachi Steak House & Sushi Bar) was a fun and tasty meal. while driving out for a weekend of fun in the desert my son spots a billboard, and what the heck a little out of the way for a meal, but were all about an adventure so lets go. We arrived (without... More

had dinner tonight, and had chef Jeremy who made no effort at all for any type of "show" -no personality, no interaction whatsoever( not even the shrimp to toss to anyone's mouth, which was standard at this type of restaurant)-- just basically cooked the food and left, without hardly a word spoken. Been to the Kobe's down the street, and... More

It was terrible! First of all the ambiance is horrible. It's one big open room with bright lights everywhere. It's like eating in a school cafeteria. It was particularly difficult given that we had eaten all of our other meals for the last couple weeks outside - but that is the price you have to pay when you love Teppanyaki.... More

I've been going to Hibachi Japanese Steakhouse off & on for many years while in the desert attending to clients. The sushi is always good and nicely priced. It is a good place to meet up with friends or enjoy the sushi bar while getting caught up on emails. If you don't know where to go, this is a good... More

The chef put on a great show for our group. Quality of the food was good--I had anticipated it would be average. Fun time with a group, everyone ends up laughing.

This was poor at best. Vegetables were overlooked, chicken was not fresh breast but frozen strips. Overall place seemed grubby and could use an update.

Drove by this place today and wanted to go in.... I went to a nearby store first and while there asked them about this place. They didn't have anything great to say about it and in fact told me of another place to go to. But thank goodness I decided to check it out for MYSELF. I had the shrimp... More

Had our daughters sixteenth birthday dinner here. The food is always good and the chefs put on a great show. Come for the "early bird" five course dinner. Plenty of food and the price's are decent. It's our favorite "occasion" place to eat.
