Food was ok, but incredibly slow. Kitchen was super slow, and the waitress just seemed like she could not manage. I had been looking forward to trying Roy's, but was disappointed.

I received a 20% off coupon and decided to eat at Roy's the first night of our vacation. It was just okay. Our server was not really attentive to us...he had at least 3 other tables. Our lobster rolls appetizer arrived way before our drinks. Then there was a real lag time until the entree appeared. My salmon was really... More

My wife and I came by on a Monday night with no reservation at 7 PM. Restaurant was mostly full but they found a table for us. The valet staff, the hostess, the waiter the other waitstaff and the bus staff are all top-notch, high caliber high-quality and genuinely friendly. Literally you will feel the Aloha Spirit when you walk... More

We had never heard of Roy's before and visited based on the great reviews on TripAdvisor. We arrived exactly at 4:30 on a Friday evening and got the last table in the bar and by 5 all the other seats in the bar area were taken. So, arrive early if you want to try out their happy hour. It became... More

Outstanding service, delicious food & fabulous ambience. Our server, Shannon was fantastic. Every detail was covered. There was even a personalized Birthday greeting in my menu. My young grandsons were fully catered to from toy selection as they arrived to their meal. Truly a family oriented establishment with that touch of class of fine dining. All if the staff we... More

The food was excellent - best restaurant meal of our vacation. There were six of us, and two items each from the Happy Hour menu was a full meal. Excellent service - excellent food - excellent prices. Anxious to go again!

I was done in Palm Springs area visiting my daughter, husband and grandkids and they took me to Roy's. The staff was fantastic and the décor was great. We shared Calamari and Lobster rolls. I had Teppanyaki Shrimp served on Togarashi Noodles, Sambal, Tomato, Garlic, Thai Basil and Asparagus. This dish had just the mount of spices and heat. I... More

Having given Roy's a poor review, the manager contacted me to discuss the poor service we had experienced in February. He listened and encouraged a re-visit. When we did, we did not mention who we were or our discussion with the manager. The service was excellent and the waiter on top of what was in the menu. I ordered the... More

If we had had better service and experienced an iota of ambience, this would have been a far far better evening. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server breezed over and told us his recommendations for the evening without bothering to find out our personal preferences. Took our drink orders, which were delivered quickly and then disappeared for 15-20... More

We had our usual great meal at Roy's. The food was really good as was the service. The chocolate soufflé for desert is the end of the world desert - nothing better.
