A Beautiful Restaurant at the Omni Las Palmas

The food is delicious, the menu contemporary, creative, and the atmosphere beautiful. The prices are typical for any resort restaurant in the desert cities, but when on vacation, c'est la vie! bluEmber is as populare with area residents as it is with tourists. The rooms are spacious, with a... read more

We had a very nice pre Super Bowl lunch. The food was excellent. The Brussel sprout appetizer was amazing. Our salads were great. Turkey club great. The people couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. We sat outside on patio. Beautiful views and very comfortable..

7 people met or Happy Hour in the beautiful outside area with the firepits(2 of the 7 were resort guests). after the initial round of drinks and food service, service was terrible, we had to physically go "fetch" the server. Requested splits rom the main ticket ere totally messed up, incorrect, plus all of the charges remained on the main... More

See my review for the Omni Hotel for a verdict regarding this atrocity. The only thing that was sort of pleasant were the Aho Taco's. My wife had Brussel Sprouts that were way to greasy and salty. My daughter has a kids buffet that contained mostly deep fried misery. You're better of at McDonalds, which I never visit anymore for... More

Went in for breakfast. I ordered the waffle and bacon. It was just me so that's all they had to deliver. Both arrived overcooked and room temperature. They clearly set both aside for 5 - 10 minutes after cooking them before delivering them. No idea why. But that's what you get there. Unfortunately the horror of eating there has not... More

The menu at bluEmber reads like a dream and the atmosphere is stunning. The service was wonderful, so why would you doubt the food, right? We were sadly disappointed with our food here. Any dish we ordered that had seafood in it, Scallops, Sea Bass, Lobster Mac were all over cooked and no one finished them, the Sea Bass was... More

So: The salads were really good, The side dishes that accompany dinner options really good and very expensive. But here is what the 8 year old had to say. " the pasta and french fries at The Cheesecake Factory were 10 out of 10, the same here 5 out of 10. I think the biggest object is the room design.... More

We stayed at the Omni Resort and had plans to take advantage of the great restaurants in Palm Springs, but after eating at the BluEmber, we had no reason to eat anywhere else. The dinner menu was varied enough that we ate both nights there. We typically do not care for buffets, but the breakfast buffet was delicious with made... More

The roast beef was decent . Service was so slow and they kept forgetting which table number was which . Wouldn't recommend it to anyone .
