Excellent menu

Had lunch here with a group of friends. The food was excellent and the service was quick. One thing we did like is that the restaurant was not really noisy and you could talk in a normal voice and everyone at the table could hear you. The menu was more persian and we were looking for more... read more

This is the second time I have been there. My daughter and I went for lunch. We first were given the free appetizer of mixed from herbs with feta cheese and pita bread...very good! Then we ordered the Kashkeh Bodemjam (eggplant dip) which is out of this world! We ordered the Joojeh Filet and Kabob with half basmati rice and... More

Love this place. Have been going there for the last 5 years and I keep on wanting more. The lamb shank is out of the world. Cooked slow and juicy !! The Kebabs are great as well.

This restaurant was next door to the training facility I was teaching at. I did not have time for a sit down meal, but they happily packaged my meal to go. The iced tea was wonderful. The food was amazing. Definite recommend it as a place to go, and will go again next opportunity I have.

I love Shahrzad. In summary: A fantastic place to take yourself, a client, or special one, lunch or dinner. You'll find caring wait-staff and a more formal, white table-cloth table atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, food is amazing, and the staff attentive. Detail: You can count on three (3) things when dining at Shahrzad, both lunch and dinner; 1. Amazing food... More

Went there for dinner, food was OK. The server brought out the bill. Gave him my card. When he brought the card back, I noticed that he had not brought back the original bill and that the charges on the credit card were much higher then what the bill showed. When I brought up this, and asked to see the... More

We enjoyed tasting foods from Persia - new to us with friends while enjoying a (familiar) bottle of wine. The young woman who waited on us was very helpful - letting us know what was good, traditional, favorites of other customers. We closed the place down and got to see the owners come out from behind the kitchen doors. Great... More

We've been going to this restaurant for many years. We generally order their chicken kabobs, and house salad. They are always consistent in quality and delicious. I ask for mine to be well done. Great ambience and service. It feels a little overpriced in comparison to the other middle eastern restaurants we go to, but this is still a great... More

We went for a business meeting. The dining room is lovely. Although the restaurant was not very busy, for lunch, our service was somewhat inattentve. I was disappointed in my kabobs. The chicken was severely overcooked and dry. The rice was bland. Others in my group were satisfied with their meals. Portions were plentyful. Prices are very affordable and appropriate.

I have driven past this restaurant for years and never knew what a treasure was hidden inside. The atmosphere is very nice and on the "fancy" side. Somewhere you would take an important client or sweetheart. I cannot speak to the authenticity of the food, but plenty of others already have done that. I can speak to the quality of... More
