Reviewed several years ago. This was my favorite Mexican restaurant in Ramona and one of the few "sit down" restaurants worth a visit. In the years since, the food quality is inconsistent, the meat (particularly the beef) is very bad and the prices are very expensive for Ramona. Would not recommend.

Whenever I visit my best friend in Ramona, we always go eat at Nuevo Grill & Cantina. The food is excellent and the margaritas are as well. The atmosphere is very nice. Cute place.

The food is GREAT, the servers are nice. Don't be in a hurry though, the service is a liitle slow.

Hey this place was actually pretty nice! I will highly recommend the street tacos and the carnitas. The waitresses are all cute and funny. It cost a little more than I would have liked, but overall it is always a good experience here.

Very good variety on the menu. Chips & salsa were excellent. Service was fast. Waitress was friendly. Great place for dining!

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Nuevo is hidden in a little strip mall and is a very clean and quit place. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The portions were adequate and we did not leave hungry. My wife says the margarita's were excellent. We would return again.

Best sit down restaurant in Ramona. Informal, so good for all ages. Stick with Mexican Food and Sandwiches; the ribs and steak aren't nearly as good.
