My family and I have gone here for New Year's Eve several times and this time decided to make it our regular spot every year. We've never been disappointed. The meals and drinks are great and my family always can find something on the varied menu. Prime rib was excellent as were the oysters. Taco Tuesdays are also fun. The... More

Love the grilled fish tacos here, especially with happy hour pricing. You can't go wrong for a light bite & a glass of wine before heading to your favorite movie. This visit was with 7 gal pals :) Many of us visit often and you should go their sister restaurant in 4S Ranch, Miguels!

I have been eating at the Brigantine in La Mesa for many years so I had no hesitation to stop in at the Brigantine in Poway. I ordered the seared scallops with mushrooms, brussel sprouts, butternut squash, pancetta and a crème fraiche. The scallops were small, tough and dry. The brussel sprouts were undercooked with no seasoning. The pancetta was... More

If you like grilled swordfish this is the place to go. The cheese artichoke dip is heavenly. My grandson had the Maine lobster and said that the claw was the best piece of meat he ever ate.

Taco Tuesday at the Brig is a great experience. The fish tacos are delicious (fried or grilled) and they usually offer calamari tacos, shrimp tacos and other varieties from time to time.

Best swordfish tacos ever!!! The bar is fun for happy hour and they have a nice wine list. A great go to place in the neighborhood.

Great seafood, excellent service, perfect ambiance for a romantic night out, that important client, or to make a good impression on the first date. Lunch menu should be considered when you have a special occasion to celebrate of just need a peaceful break from the office. Happy hour menu in the bar is excellent - for happy hour. I would... Fish tacos are better than Rubio's, by far! And Taco Tuesday night in bar is jumping. No view -in Poway location.

The food is upscale...and be prepared to pay for the quality. From seared ahi appetizer to Catch of the Day...it's an "old faithful"
