A restaurant with a lot of typical American food, located in Richmond. Very suited to get a proper meal at reasonable price and enjoy a good drink. They have large variety of wines, whiskeys and beers

We completely enjoyed our dinner here. There was a keyboard player in the bar setting the mood. We were in on half off bottles of wine night. They totally catered to my gluten free requirements and dinner was yummy. What a good evening!

Went for lunch recently. The hotel dates back to 1911. It's very quaint and walking in is like stepping back in time. We had the escargot first which was delicious. I had the express lunch special for $10 which was a steal (grilled chicken cabernet with mashed potatoes and veggies). It was really good. My partner had the salmon burger... More

We hadn't been to the Hotel Mac in a long while , but we're so glad we did for TGIF. Live piano, warm, inviting buzz, great service and very good food! Truly , the experience couldn't have been nicer.

After visiting our family in Richmond for a reunion and a family funeral, my wife and I had lunch at this restaurant with two of our favorite cousins. Recommended by them as their favorite restaurant in Richmond, this restaurant did not disappoint. The service was excellent as was the food. I had salmon for lunch. Point Richmond with its quaint... We had dinner in the upstairs area with 9 people. The ambience is lovely, the food excellent. Our choices ranged from prime rib, bbq ribs, chicken cordon blue, to double baked eggplant. All were satisfied with their choices. I'll be back!

What a fantastic evening meeting old and new friends. The Iceberg Wedge Salad was a tasty start to a delightful meal. The Mac and Cheese was really a treat. It had just enough cheese and pancetta for it to really stand out as a must when I return. The grilled salmon was fresh and cooked to perfection. The Calamari Steak... More

Since the first time we had lunch at this lovely old world style restaurant we look forward to returning and know we will have a wonderful meal. We have sat in the sun dappled parlor on the main floor and enjoyed a delicious lunch as well as having dinners upstairs. This restaurant is lovingly run by Lara, the owner. She... More

On recommendations from friends, we made reservations and headed to Hotel Mac for a recent celebration. The place is an adorable step back in time - 100 years to be exact! We were greeted warmly upon entering and seated promptly in an upstairs dining area, sparsely populated. Our table candle was lit after we sat down, and we noticed that... More
