Stopped in for coffee, since we were early for our farm and food tour starting across the street. Sweet spot with a warm and local feel.

We had read other reviews which complained about the service. We had great service and a great hearty breakfast.

Food was OK. Sitting out side was cool except for all the bugs and flies. Atmosphere was good. At the end of Pt Reyes.

It's a diner, with good diner food, especially the egg dishes. I've not liked the biscuits here, although I try them at least once each time we stay in the area, but love everything else. This is a local hangout, not just for travelers. They pay their long-time staff a true, living wage. Full of character, comfortable, too. You may... More

We had breakfast here two days in a row and I had the granola with yogurt and yogurt each time. It was really good and filled with fresh fruit. The service was professional and we enjoyed the comfortable feel of the place.

This is what going to a country diner should be. Wait staff was friendly and helpful and the food was better than your typical diner fare. The menu is inspired from locally grown fruits, meats and vegetables. Breakfast pancakes were amazing. In a town that is becoming filled with swanky food options the Pine Cone Dinner is a great option... More

Cute place with good service. Unfortunately, the food is only ok.Disappointing attention to egg dishes. I thought the coffee was ok, but my husband didn't.

My sister urged me stop at the Pine Cone Diner without specifying their "specialty". I went for the corned beef hash with poached eggs. Wow! I have had hashes with corned beef, venison (of different critters), pork belly and probably muskrat, but this was simply great. With researchers urging more protein, the Pine Cone has nailed it. This meal was... More

It has the retro-cool look and feel of a diner, but the food at the Pine Cone Diner is a notch above standard diner fare. Taking full advantage of the region's local, farm sourced meats and vegetables, everything at the Pine Cone Diner tastes fresh and homemade. I particularly like their breakfasts with big fluffy buckwheat pancakes, savory omelets, and... More

It is what you expect, a good no-frills diner. Great bacon and eggs and scrambles. They even had gluten-free pancakes (did not have) yet the waitress had no idea of the ingredients (it is a mix she stated). It is a great place to stop on the way to Point Reyes Lighthouse. Just expect good food and maybe if you... More
