Food is good and healthy, and menu is a relief from the upscale "free-ranging, organically fed" overly pricey, self-conscious usual fare for Pt. Reyes. Waitress is good, but taciturn. Cobbler available irregularly....*sigh*

Local and Organic ingredients.... Little place but constantly busy.. servers not sugary.. they are VERY good though. REAL hot chocolate for the kids with REAL cream. I was jealous. Had just the plain cup of joe but even that was outstanding.. I LOVE good coffee. Huevos Rancheros for me and Orange (?) French Toast w/ fruit compote for the kiddos... More

My favorite breakfast selections are the eggs with a side of trout and the oyster omelet. Outdoor seating when weather permits. Across from the Cowgirl Creamery Cheese Shop. Good service. Funky ambiance.

Enjoyed sitting outside on a beautiful morning. Rustic homey feel. Yummy food. Seemed like a local clientele.

I had really expected a greasy diner, but was super impressed with the fresh ingredients used. I ordered the Eggs Ranchero which contained at least 2 fresh red bell peppers, had I liked bell peppers, I would have given higher ratings. The diner is b=very 50s looking which is endearing and the employees are good, while they may have been... More

We've eaten at this diner before and mostly enjoyed the experience and the food. On our last visit, we had a very rude waitress who accused us of looking "nervous" and " staring her down" when we asked for a menu! I'm sure we weren't the only ones subject to her hostility that day. The other waitresses were friendly and... More

So we were a little less than a 1/4 tank of gas driving north through the Point Reyes National Seashore area and decided to plug into our GPS to find the nearest gas station. We arrived in Point Reyes Station only to find the solitary gas station was not selling any gas due to a car accident that had occurred... More

It's hard to decide if this place has been a diner since the 1950s or is doing a spot-on impression of a diner from the 1950s, down to the waitress hollering questions into the kitchen and a no-frills menu. After the ordering experience, I was surprised by how tasty the food was. It was nothing fancy, but it was well-made... More

I enjoyed the Huevos Rancheros very much. They, and the beans, were covered with fresh tomatoes, cheese, and other items. Yummy. My husband enjoyed the pancake. He said it was cooked just the way he likes it. The wait persons were polite and helpful. It looks like a good place for people who prefer down-to-earth, natural food. I plan to... More
