Chocolate ganache cake is awesome!

We have eaten at the Station House several times; breakfast, lunch, dinner always consistently good quality food. We had lunch there the other day. If it's a nice day ask for a table outside. The gardens are beautiful. We were there for breakfast, the service was excellent, the food was delicious. We had waffles eggs and the best chicken apple sausage I have ever had. Reasonable prices as well.

What a wonderful place, from the outside to the inside, its bigger than you think and we had a room near the patio area just for our party, it was a perfect size. the Starters were already chosen for us which was nice as I wouldn't have opted for what we got but loved it, fried calamari and the onions... When you have little competition and a crowded weekend, you are going to be busy. Alas, the quality was lacking. The fish and chips did have a heavy, crispy coating the way I like, but everything was too greasy. My guess is the temperature of the oil had fallen due to being busy. My wife’s cauliflower soup was tasteless. Our... More

Visiting friends in Inverness and they took us to this place. What a nice restaurant. The oysters were spectacular and the pop overs were out of this world. That's the only thing we got besides our beer and cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

We arrived on a Monday evening, two couples off for the weekend without children. We did not have a reservation and were immediately seated. Shortly after arriving the place did fill up, so maybe a reservation is a good idea. Let's start with the popovers. HOT popovers. The trip would have been worth it just for those popovers! Right from... More

The quality of the food is very high. The surroundings are casual. What more could you ask after a day of hiking?

Point Reyes is a small town with only a few restaurants so the station House is a nice find. They have a large menu with a good selection. The popovers which are served in place of bread are worth the whole meal. I ate there twice once for lunch and once for dinner and was satisfied both times. The portions... More

Lovely place with live music on the weekend and an outdoor patio to soak up the sun. They close from 3-5 I believe, except the bar. Had two wonderful meals and the bread is super delicious.
