Tasty but pricey

Went to point Reyes station on a trip to Samuel Taylor state park. All of the restaurants in the area are very expensive. We had the oysters, chowder, and fish and chips, all of which were good but nothing was amazing. The waitress was nice and the drinks were good. Overall it was a little pricey... read more

We sat on the patio covered in blooming wisteria for our breakfast, beautiful. The food was very well presented and tasty. My corned beef hash was outstanding. All in our party liked their food. This is a good stop when in Point Reyes.

We found something for everyone on the menu and it was all good and bountiful. The service was good, efficient and friendly. We were with close family who are from out of the areas so wanted to be able to talk and visit over our dinner the Station House gave us that opportunity. A definite place to stop in Pt... More

Being gluten sensitive and having a family of five, this restaurant was the best option in town for us. The restaurant is large and loud. There is live music on Sunday nights. We came last minute on Easter Sunday dinner, and despite being packed, they found us a table within an hour. The menu has many options to choose from... More

Excellent service and a menu that's hard to beat! Creamy asparagas soup to die for and the shortribs cooked to fork tender just right! The basket of popovers always a favorite to return for.

My sister and I went there two days in a row. I had their eggs benadict and asked for crunchy potatoes. The first day, it was excellent and the second day..my dish was luke warm, but so darn good. I was in a hurry, otherwise I would of sent it back. I would still go again. The service was very... More

Clean place, attentive service and nice menu. Came for breakfast had the cheesy grits and kale. Very tastey and perfect portions. Everything was perfect except I heard "Jingle Bells" playing on their speakers. It wouldn't be strange if I went in december but it's March.

Context: 2 for dinner on a Thursday night. We had a reservation but it wasn't really needed Atmosphere: country casual, kind of rickety chairs, wood tables, cloth napkins and really cheap silverware. Sign above kitchen says "so lucky". Bar to the left with some seating and then restaurant to the right with large outdoor courtyard for dining. Service: harried but... More

I have eaten here several times since January and the service and food have been good to excellent every time. I love their cheese omelette with foraged mushrooms and the fish part of the fish and chips was the best I can remember - made with fresh cod, and a light beer batter. Have never had a problem getting seated... More
