Slipped in here to buy a few cheeses. Lovely how you can see the cheeses being aged. Staff is very friendly and will give you samples of cheeses, if you ask. Walked away with a few cheeses to take home and enjoy.

The shop is full of delicious cheese, cheese accessories and books. The tour in the shop of how some of their cheese is made is informative and not too long!

We enjoyed our visit here very much and even though the place was packed, the person working the cheese counter was very helpful and patient while we made our selections. We ended up buying two different cheeses based on her recommendations (and samples!) and have pretty much polished off both of them over the last few days. We are happy... More

The only problem is we buy like we were going to put on a cheese class for 50. But the staff is great and we really enjoy overdoing it.

It was my second visit. This time I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon after the tourists had left town. I didn't eat from the deli service with sandwiches and soups. I was looking for a snack. The ladies at the cheese counter were so helpful and generous with the cheese samples. They took and interest in what I liked... More

Almost all the places in town were closed due to a bad rainstorm but luckily they were opened. The server was very friendly and let me taste the two soups: spicy tomato soup and a chicken vegetable soup. I opted for the chicken soup and it was excellent (lots of chicken). We also had their Pastrami sandwich -- very good... More

They are knowledgable and make some of the cheese on location. We are cheese fans so this was a treat and their cheeses are exceptional!

We stopped by to get some great take out sandwiches. Although we missed the tour, they were great about letting us try different cheeses. Nice stop to get provisions for a picnic.

We picked up a takeout lunch and the place was hopping. Great vegetarian eggplant foccacia and chicken sandwiches. Families with children who are picky eaters may want to look elsewhere (our adults loved our meals; the child thought the food too fancy, even the mac & cheese). Great cookies and pastries, and of course the main event - locally produced... More

We love Cowgirl cheese and were so excited to visit. The food and cheese and accompaniments they have available here are great. We are used to visiting cheese shops, and are familiar with the custom of tasting a variety of cheeses at the counter. We spent 45 minutes being helped by three different people, who seemed to be mostly interested... More
