This place is slightly out of the way and in a great spot on a fishing pier. Views are sensational and ambience is great. I noticed the mixed reviews but my experience was good. It was a very crowded lunch time but service was relatively quick and my chowder was delicious.

Stumbled upon this place on a weekend camping trip on the coast. It's definitely worth going the short drive off Highway 1. Unpretentious, with good food. The chowder was great, sweet potato fries yummy and the kale, tomato, mozzarella and pesto salad really good, with huge portions. Friendly service.

First night I ordered a cup of chowder, calamari and a salad. The chowder was not great, but the other two were. Second night I had a salad with salmon....wonderful and fresh.

Chowder ok, but everything else was overdone and greasy. View of fishermen unloading fish at the dock was great

If you drive too far, you will go off the pier into the water. Watch the fishing boats unload. Go into this restaurant and have wonderful clam chowder and about 20 craft beers on tap.

I don't usually go for fried food like fish and chips but it seemed the best thing to try, and I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was - the salmon was unexpected and perfectly cooked, for example, rather than the typical white fish. You could tell the fish was really fresh. And, it was not very greasy at... More

We've been around this area before and since it was lunch time, we thought this place was a good option. You have killer views of the ocean, food and beer. How could you go wrong? The rating is all based on food. Customer service overall sucked. Plain and simple. No sugar coating it. We kept waiting and waiting for basics.... More

Enjoyed their fish and chips. The fish was moist and the crust was tasty. The service was excellent and the staff friendly.

We enjoyed the seafood and a fantastic view of the cove at Point Arena. The service was excellent. We were in the area for two nights and ate there both times. Couldn't have been happier.
