Business meeting brought some of us from the Bay Area to meet in the middle with some Central Valley colleagues. Unassuming place just off the main street was great. The five of us had bone in rib eye, filet, or the amazing pork chops. Fresh house salad was lightly adorned with a chili vinegarette, I wanted a bottle to take... More

Great steaks in a wonderful environment. The staff is very attentive and insures every aspect of the meal is to your utmost satisfaction. Get there early and have a drink at the bar, great service in a nice setting

I visit this place frequently when we are in the Pleasanton area. Food is very good. Steaks cooked nicely to order and the potatoes (scalloped) are wonderful. Highly recommend the bone in filet. If you can squeeze in any room for dessert, their cobbler type desserts are exceptional.

We ate there New Years Eve. And the atmosphere & service good but the food not so. My wife's Sole was served on an ice cold plate which causes the fish to cool quickly. My 48$ steak sat in the kitchen because my plate was luke warm and the asparagus was barely warm. We told our server but it appeared... More

Family gathering, daughter, son-in-law, grandbaby (4 months), grandma and grandad. Excellent all round - atmosphere, food, service. A really nice nite out. They provided a chair for the baby which was very helpful. I had short rib, really good. Would strongly recommend - one of the best restaurants in Pleasanton, CA.

I booked a table for 18 people - was hosting a work party. Overall the restaurant did a great job to accomodate us - we booked the same day and they were able to put us in the back dining room and set up enough tables to handle all of us -which included 2 extra's. The wait staff were excellent... More

This was my first visit to Hap's. I thought the atmosphere was very nice, quite and classy. The menu selections were good and there were some nice specials. The food was excellent, the service very good. I thought the wine list, while fairly large, was overpriced. I would definitely eat here again for the very good food, service and atmosphere.

We were looking for steak and potatoes and found wonderful versions of each. Service was prompt and not intrusive. We were with a large party and didn't ever wait too long.

We've been here many times and have never had a bad meal. Steaks are awesome and our all time favorite is the bone in ribeye plus it has a great ambience and feels cozy.

We've eaten at Hap's on many occasions. The food is always first-rate, the servers are professional, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. It is our "go to" steakhouse in the Pleasanton/Dublin area.
