I've been to this restaurant once and will never go back. Food was not good. Would never recommend this place. Prices are way too high for what you don't get.

Four of us ate Sunday Brunch at Faz-Pleasanton. In a word, poor. It was empty and the food was fair at best. The fresh fruit was without flavor. I could have gotten better tasting pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe at a local grocery. The blintzes looked like egg roll-not how a blintz should be prepared. I could not even finish the... I will definitely never return here to eat. I found the New York strip steak to be very fatty, plus they over-cooked it. The service was almost non-existant and their prices are way too high. Maybe their buffet is better but I'll never find out. Once was enough for me.

Lousy service and the manager just does not care. Sit in the bar. Wait. get up and go order a drink. Wait. Get up and go order food. Wait. Get up again go order a drink. Wait. Get up to go get bill. Wait. Get up AGAIN to go get bill. Horrible

Our family of ten enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner at FAZ's restaurant (our fourth year). The buffet was once again outstanding!!! Everyone raved about how delicious everything tasted. We had a lovely table overlooking the garden area and the service was great!!! I believe FAZ's is now a family tradition. Kudos to Faz, the owner, and Gregory Rogers, General Manager, for... More

Actually less than 1 star. We have done the last four Thanksgivings at this establishment. The first three years were fantastic. This year was the twilight zone. They will not be getting our annual $1,0000.00 + tab again. They put us upstairs in a "large room". The dining set up was pathetic, the service was pathetic, the selection of food... More

I loved the salads and wine selection. The breakfast needs some veggies. Happy hour is very busy here.

This restaurant is part of the Sheraton 4 points which I had occasion to stay at. I have an office quite near this restaurant and some of the staff said it was pretty good. So, though I rarely eat at a restaurant associated with a Four Points type property, I decided to give this one a try. What a pleasant... More

In Pleasanton on business, asked my client where they would suggest, they gave me a couple choices, and I picked Faz on Hopyard Road. Enjoyed my dinner very much. The service was good, the food was hot and tasty, and the prices were fair. I'd go back any time.

This is a hidden gem imo as it can get overlooked being a hotel restaurant. I used to be a local and dined here many times (even brought my Mom here for her big birthday dinner years ago) and my other friends still in the Pton area, love it too. Walking in is comfortable and friendly. I've always been greeted... More
