5 of us went in one evening for dinner because the restaurant next door (Sweet Tomatoes) that we planned to go in was so packed we could not wait that long. This place had many empty tables and just a few customers. This was a concern for us right off that bat. You order at the counter and then sit... More

This place makes fabulous tri tip. I usually get their tri tip platter and a side of rolls, make a sandwich of them. Their bbq is very good too. It's a nice place to go to for a quick grub.

The food is good here but we ran into one problem. We wanted to buy the family meal (we were a family of 5) and although there was plenty of seating they said we couldn't eat it in their restaurant unless we bought everything individually. It cost about $10 more that way. Made no sense at all! Make sure you... More

We had some food delivered, choosing the tri tip sandwich as they were out of ribs. The meat was kind of tasteless for BBQ...I think it needs more of something to spice it up. We will try the ribs next time (if they have them). I do like the idea that they have a delivery service here.

Food east alright but I wouldn't go back again. I had a dinner salad that was alright but the dressing was very bland. My son's sandwich was just average. Price was reasonable but I think we got less than what we paid for.

Ok, I stopped in and read reviews cause I love good BBQ. Now great BBQ IS Franklins I'm Austin and really good ribs (almost great) is R V in Memphis. Based on that scale I have to call this Avg. at best. The Ribs are tender but a bit dry and absent flavor with No smokey tones, and the brisket... More

I was expecting more from this restaurant based on its lofty reviews on Tripadvisor. In fact, this place appears to be more of a carry out than a sit down eatery. It is surprisingly small with a few wobbly outside tables and inside seating. My guest had the tri-tip sandwich and raved about it. I had the same and found... More

This is how small family restaurant is supposed to be. There is a lot of attention to all details. The food is great, the recopies are fine tuned and not sacrificed to make it easier for a large chain to replicate, you get all personal attention you can ask for. I don't eat red meat, but their tortilla soup is... More

I had the brisket and tri-tip combo with cole slaw and topped it all off with an incredibly moist, chewy CCC! The brisket was very tender and not dry at all. It had a great smoky flavor. The tri-tip was a little on the dry side. I like my tri-tip medium rare and this was more like well done. It... More

The friendly family behind this has a great menu down that they are stickin to. I have not made it past the tri tip & blue b/c it is always perfect and always filling. The garlic mash potatoes are perfect everytime and I always leave happy, full, and ready to come back the next day!
