Took one of my favorite clients here for lunch and was very impressed. Service was top notch, food was excellent. Opened with a fresh green salad with a gogonzola vinegrette. They also have a basic Italian oil and vinegar. We both had fish; she a lightly breaded tilapia, me a tomato-topped grouper. Both were very flavorful but I preferred my... More

My husband and I had the margarita pizza. It was good but needed a little more seasoning or something. The service was very good and we liked the atmosphere. Overall it was good, but it was the number one rated restaurant in Pleasanton so I guess I was just expecting it to be extra good.

I ate here for lunch and as the last reviewer said, this restaurant is indeed tucked away in a shopping center. The food was very good, the service very good and the atmosphere very good. It was fairly crowded but the food came quickly. The menu selections provided a good variety of choices. I will eat hear again and look... More

Had a very enjoyable meal with 5 others at this restaurant - which is tucked away in a very obscure part of a shopping center. Friendly service, very good food. Highly recommended. I will return when in the area next.

This place is a place you come to just relax and enjoy your meal and dinner guest. Order the house wine and enjoy. Well rounded menu with some good in season specials. Can get busy when after 6 when they have a lot of business dinners.

I have loved this place for a special night or when I just want to feel special for years! Menu ranges from casual to unusual. Check out their dinner specials that change daily from fresh fish to Sauerbraten. Specials are usually available online after 5pm. Something you would not expect in a strip mall, near Lucky, fabulous food!

I like the decor and everything I've eaten there, which is 4x in the last year. Pretty delicious, and service is great too. Even the tiramasu which I am fussy about.... perfect.

Went for my wife's birthday dinner. Went at 5 and was the only one there and when we left it was full. Service is excellent and food is great. Make sure you make a reservations. They have great pizza that you can get to go.

This is a long-standing gem in Pleasanton. The chef and his team prepare wonderful meals; it's not "fine" dining, but it is inventive, creative, and served with warmth. Some dishes will disappoint, but, by and large, many will leave you wondering how you found such a place in the dining wasteland that is Pleasanton. You will also "feel good" dining... More

There was a party of 10 of us, each with separate checks (Business travelers). I enjoy family owned restaurants, and this had a very pleasant atmosphere and great food for 9 of us. One of us ordered gluten free noodles, and they were undercooked twice. The owner did comp her meal, but only after she complained. The waiter did nothing.... More
