Fun place for dinner

We visited for dinner in Jan 2016. We had the fried pickles, meatloaf (half order) with mac & cheese and collard greens, Cajun Pulled Chicken with Taro chips, and BBQ pulled pork sandwich with fries. The meatloaf was good and would order again. Really liked to collard greens with bacon and a... read more

I got the Chop Chop salad (entree size). It was on the small side, but was good. Just nothing special and on the expensive side. It had an odd assortment of dishes from all over. Very ecclectic.

First the negatives: This place is noisy when it is full. I am hearing impaired and conversation can be impossible for me. The second negative is the incredibly awful iced tea. It is flavored with some kind of tropical perfume. It tastes like a foo foo cocktail. The good stuff is that they have a nicely varied menu that gets... More

We ate sandwiches there. Nothing to write home to mother about. The food was ok, In all honesty this is a rescue for Gordon Ramsey.

We used to go there quite a bit for dinner after school events and just for fun out with the family, but had to drastically reduce our visits as they began using Canola Oil for everything and all salad dressings, all fried foods and for coating the grill. Because we do not eat Canola Oil and do not consider it... More

HI JC, Thank you very much for the review. Not sure I recognize the initials but I am certain I would recognize you in person. I think there may be a bit of confusion as we do use Canola frying oil in the fryer, but all dressings are made in house with extra virgin olive oil, we don't use olive... More

I read the reviews, and would agree that the food is good. I would not say that the service was poor, just not well orginized. They were all polite, and ernest in their attempt to provide good service. Just disjoint in their delivery. When I arrived, four to five separate wait staff swung by and let me know someone would... Great food choices for everyone in our group. The kids love it there because they come out with a little place with healthy snacks immediately when they are seated! Wow - now that's perfect. The food was good and fairly priced.

Each item on the menu tells you where the item was created (city and state). We are from St. Louis, so we started out with breaded ravioli. It was not like the ravioli we have had in St. Louis. I ordered the KC Baby Back Ribs. I thought the sauce was more like Memphis. I did not like that the... More

We stayed at the Courtyard which was right next door to Eddie Papas. We were seated right away and our orders were taken almost immediately. It did take some time for the food to come from the kitchen but it was worth the wait. However, once we were finished eating we had a heck of a time finding our waitress... More
