I have been coming to Melo's for almost 20 years. It is the best traditional pizza in Cental Contra Costa. My favorite pizza is their Linguica with Eggplant and Extra garlic (portugeuse-neapolitan fusion!). They have a full selection of pasta's and a good-value wine list. A family run operation with deep ties to the community. more

Hands down, the BEST pizza in the Bay Area. I am a fan of New York Style pizza, and Melo's offers a fabulous west-coast version of this.
