If you are looking for some good food, that is freezer to oven to the table, then go check out Z-Pies, just off Main Street in Placerville. The pie crust is very tasty as are the blends inside! I highly recommend the Cabernet Steak, Chicken with Mushrooms, and the Italian Sausage! They do make a breakfast pie, and being unable... More

Excellent pot pies. The Steak Cabernet pot pie was one of the best. It is hidden away on a alley near their Parking structure. It is worth searching for If you like pot pies, you will love it here.

Always enjoy the pies... I think I've tried them all. Love the wine selection and the friendly servers. If you're not in the pie mood, try the cheese plate.

The food and service was really good, however the location of the restaurant unfortunately looks in to building site.

My friend and I ate here one night for dinner last month. We were really looking forward to our meal here as my friend had heard rave reviews from another friend. My friend and I were in town to walk and explore Placerville. I ordered the Chicken Curry pot pie which had an Indian flavor. The pie tasted good although... More

I love pot pies and these are some of the most unique pies you will ever have. Atmosphere is interesting Old Town Placerville. Lot's of old drink to choose from as well. But the pies are great. I wish they were a bit larger portions, but otherwise, no complaints.

My first visit and I fell in love. So many to choose from..will have to come back! From steak w/ burgundy, Lamb (I loved this one), Thai chicken to Veggie. I make great pie crust so can be quite picky. It was flaky and they didn't burn it! But don't miss out on the salad. I had the Spinach, Pear... More

Good pot pies. Selection of pies provided a good but limited variety. We liked the pies, the price, and that one pie made for a nice size meal without leaving you stuffed. Side salad sold as additional cost to pie was pretty skimpy for the price, but good.
