We've been going to Sweetie Pie's for over a decade. It's one of my Placerville favorites. They alway have great, great food and lots of it. The coffee is great too! I always get the veggie scramble and homemade cinnamon raisin toast, and John gets the chili relleno casserole. My mom loves their great soups which change daily. We've had... More

Whenever we has guest visiting us in Placerville, this is a must stop for breakfast. The outdoor seating, the excellent food and baked goods, the self serve coffee you get if you need to wait for a table, and the excellent wait staff make this our favorite. If you want to get a feel for downtown with a cool morning... More

Dined here July 12, 2015 for breakfast. Party of four. It doesn't really matter what you order cause you are going to remember the biscuits. We all enjoyed our meals. They were busy so it was a long process, just plan accordingly. Tables are close so be ready to cozy in and bump a neighbor or two. Most of all,... More

It took us 40 minutes to be seated and another 40 minutes to get our food. That's to long for a waffle. Food is mediocre and we got dessert to go and the cake was stale and the rub bard pie was not very good either

Been here three times for breakfast and always a great meal, service, and atmosphere. Quite enough you don't have to speak loudly and can enjoy good food and conversation

The place was recommended but did not live up to its reputation. The service was exceedingly slow. We had to go and find waiter staff. The next table had similar issues. The food when it came was generous in portion but very average in taste. Would not return.

Sweetie Pies is a little gem of a place! The victorian setting is the perfect venue to elicit the cozy feel of home! The food is plentiful, and comforting! Just like Grandma would serve! Healthy options are offered, along with "comfort foods", such as biscuits and grave, and pancakes! Don't miss the lunch menu, also, as it is just a... More

The wait is always worth it at Sweetie Pie's. I'm glad they added the tent outside since there usually is a wait. Of course I never mind hanging out in the yarn shop next door!

When the weather is nice sitting on the patio is my favorite place to dine. I usually order a salad which have always had fresh, crisp lettuce and tasty tomatoes. I often bring home a dessert for my husband. The Olallieberry crumb pie is delicious.
