Excellent menu of Mexican and Latin American dishes, Friendly servers, good wine and cocktails and nice dinning room.
The four of us were returning from Lake Tahoe and decided to stop in Placerville for lunch. We found Cascada. The food was outstanding and the service was spot on. We all left there full and amazed at finding this great restaurant.
We had a wonderful meal here on our way back from Lake Tahoe. Placerville is full of charm and many fun places to visit. This was an exceptionally great restaurant and the food was delicious, plentiful, and well presented. Not your typical Mexican restaurant as the food was more of a regional cuisine and one of the best meals I've... More
We were driving to Apple Hill and passed thru Placerville and it was lunch time and we were hungry> boy did we find the right place! I'll do back again and again! Go if you are in the area.......

Nice ambiance, good service and excellent salads. Wife and I had two different types of salads and they had very fresh greens and nice twists from your normal restaurant salads.

There are so many Mexican restaurants in the Placerville and surrounding area...Do we really need another?!? My husband and I were visiting Placerville on our way to Sacramento. A friend recommended we try Cascada for lunch. Wow. The menu is extensive and we had no complaints about the food we ordered. I had Enchiladas Supremas and thought I'd died and gone to heaven! Excellent sauce and the enchiladas were popping out with lobster and fish. My... More
One of the earliest towns near the discovery of gold site in Coloma was Placerville. It boomed during the gold rush of 1850. You'll discover gold by visiting Old Placerville and dining at Cascada, a wonderful fusion restaurant that blends Italian , Mexican and Californian cuisine. It has great value as well as excellent food. I heartily recommend the ribeye... More
First time at this restaurant, went with family. My spouse had the Puerca con Frambuesa: pork tenderloin with raspberry sauce and a variety of veggies in olive oil.
