This place was the worst place we ate at on our californian road trip. The tables were dirty so was the cuttlery.. the service slow and not very helpful. The food was the worst part.. frozen tomato in the salad- well if lettuce and tomato qualifies as a salad! The steak came with no gravy or sauce and was dry..... More

Scotty's is a wonderful Pismo venue. The casual atmosphere is great and you can't beat the burgers! If you are in Pismo Beach, don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful and casual meal.

Lets start with: it's a bar and grill, you go there to have a drink and watch sports. The side benefit is that the service is good and the food is great with a reasonable price. You must have the steamed clams, the best I've ever eaten and I try them every where I go. When the clams are finished... More

Our first visit and it was very crowded on Friday Night. We wanted to like the food because the service we received was very good. We ordered one of the specials which was prime rib but we we all disappointed.. The meat was on the dry side even after adding the au jus and our baked potatoes were not very... More

Dang! Do you have ridiculous wait times at Guiseppes or (the crappy overrated Ventana Grill?) or another restaurant? Look no further, this is a local's favorite. Great prices, great service, great food. I've eaten here a dozen times and have as of yet to find anything on the menu not worth eating again. The Calamari appetizer is only 8.50, and... More

We ate here by fortunate accident. We were staying at nearby Avila Beach and headed to Pismo Beach for dinner, initially hoping to eat at the Cracked Crab, however we were quoted a ridiculous 1hr 20min wait here (8pm Monday night)! So we turned to our car to head back to Avila and my daughter asked why not try the... More

This small restaurant was packed at dinner time. My husband ordered the chicken pesto panini with fries which he said was very good. I ordered the Pasta primavera alfredo which was really good - lots of zuchinni and yellow squash. Good size portion, too. It came with a simple tossed green salad. They had a pretty good size menu -... More

We were in Pismo for the 1st time, and decided to try Scotty's for dinner before heading home. As others mentioned, it's a casual place and evidently the locals like it. We also liked it for the friendly atmosphere and good food. We had sandwiches and they were served up very quickly, good portions and very tasty. Their fries were... More
