Fantastic Place, Delicious Breakfast!

Went for breakfast and had a great meal. The service was good, the prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was "All American". From the fresh squeezed orange juice to the amazing bacon, this was hands down the best meal of my trip to Pismo.

Visited Penny's for breakfast based on a recommendation from a stranger. It was exactly what we were looking for. Old fashioned breakfast with friendly service.

We stopped for breakfast at Penny's and had a great breakfast. The place is small with tables and booths and an outside patio area. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Good French toast and the perfect poached egg. We highly recommend!

After reading a lot of good reviews, and there are a lot, we decided to try it. And we were not disappointed in anyway. We were seated pretty quickly. The service was quick and friendly. Always had fresh coffee coming around, our waiter "can't remember his name" brought us extra coffee creamer without us having to ask. Breakfast is my... More

We love finding locally owned spots for breakfast. This fit the bill. The place is small, but the tables seem to turn over efficiently. The food was good, the staff was friendly. The accommodated our group of 10 that included 4 kids without a problem. I had the Greek Omelet. I'd go back.

I checked trip advisor and we headed there for breakfast. My husband had a scramble, my son had the biscuits and gravy, my little one had the Mickey Mouse pancakes, and I had the fancy pants sandwich with hash browns, we ate every last bite. It was great and the prices were fair. They are super busy and the waitress... More

Breakfast as it should be. No glitz, no muss, no fuss. Just great breakfasts (they have lunch items as well). Great spot. Only open until 2:00pm. Excellent eggs, bacon, pancakes, omellettes, etc. Beautiful biscuits. Personable and helpful staff. I could happily eat here every day.

My wife and I had breakfast here. The portions were generous, but I had questions about the general quality of the food served. Let me be specific/when a small rack of Smuckers(high fructose corn syrup sweetened low quality items)jellies and preserves are offered to its customers, it makes you wonder what type of corners are being cut in the kitchen:... Nice variety of choices...cute little patio. Service very good and food (we went for breakfast) was very good. And much better than Honeymoon Cafe on next block!

This is a great place for breakfast. When we arrived all tables were full inside, so we were seated on the patio. It was a bit chilly but they moved us inside to the first available table. We ordered corn beef hash, cinnamon swirl French toast combo, and a greek omelet. All were outstanding! The bloody Mary's were great and... More
