Delicious food. .. my wife enjoyed hers I loved the seafood omelette. Coffee was very smooth great taste service was very good nice ppl working there.

This cafe was close to our hotel, so we tried it out. Pros: cute place, indoor & outdoor seating, umbrellas, nice view. Good onion rings, beer on tap, good service. Had breakfast here and couldn't be happier. Great food, big portions, friendly attentive staff, beautiful view. What more to say. Great way to start the day!

We wanted to try Pismo's famous clam chowder (being that this are used to be a big clam spot). All of the reviews I found pointed to Splash Café. Had chorizo and eggs, excellent. The serving was so large I couldn't finish it. My wife had a great hamburger and the Bloody Mary's where delish!

We ate here every morning of our stay in Pismo. Friendly staff as well as great food. Views were outstanding. Great location. thanks Shell Café !!

We walked in and were told to sit wherever we wanted. So we did and didn't get acknowledge after 10 minutes we left.
