Good food and bayside view

Friendly staff serve good, well cooked food. Fish dishes are particularly good. Found it rather noisy, there were quite a few families with children. Interesting cocktail list.

My daughter and I made reservations in advance for Christmas dinner here. I had asked for an ocean view and we got it. It was gorgeous. The host that greeted us at the reservation desk was very nice . While we were waiting to be seated several large groups with NO reservations came in and were irate because he could... More

Excellent seafood with interesting sauce choices, such as caper or IPA and sides. I loved the blue cheese mashed potatoes. Most dinner choices are a la carte. Go at 5 PM to enjoy the sunset.

The corvina sea bass was perfectly grilled, moist and most importantly arrived steaming hot. The caper cream sauce was the perfect side accent. The green beans almandine were sautéed and had that crunch that is so often missing. The wine list offers great selections by the glass. The service was excellent and the view sensational!

We ate here 3 times the week after Christmas, since we were staying next door & it was convenient. Each time was an unexpected delight. Coming from the Bay Area, where excellent restaurants abound, I wasn't sure what to expect. The salmon & trout were the best I'd eaten all year. Fresh, beautifully-presented, & mouth-wateringly flavorful! My husband loved his... More

Large menu, lots of choice, long wait for table even though we had reservation. Food was ok had better seafood but setting is nice. Very large restaurant and very noisy, not romantic, lots going on, ideal for large parties not if you want quiet romantic meal overlooking ocean.

On a girl's getaway we enjoyed the amazing view during lunch at Steamers. Sharing a one pound bucket of clams was one of the highlights of the trip. The clams were a bit small, but fresh and with no trace of sand. The broth was probably the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant.

We have been here three or four times on New Year's Eve. They take reservations and we have always been able to get a window seat. The food is excellent. There is a full bar and if you stay later they have music and celebration in the bar area. I have had the prime rib dinner and it was excellent.

We dined there Christmas Day with a limited menu. The appetizers were outstanding and service was great. But the entrees, although beautiful in presentation, were just average in taste. The lobster tail in particular was overcooked with a mushy texture. Filet mignon and halibut were just so, so. Thankfully, the noisy music was turned off on request. Overall, beautiful view... More
