Great place to stop and pick up a delicious take out dinner on your way back from the beach if you are not in the mood for a sit down dinner.

We have been there before and the food and service are outstanding. Sit by the window and the view of the ocean and surfers are breathtaking. When we're in that area, we never miss going there. I had the Clam Steamers and my husband had the Mahi Sandwich. Photos and menus are on the website: STEANERSPISMOBEACH.COM Their phone # is... More

We recently ate dinner at Steamers with a large family group celebrating a college graduate. The view was superb. It was not our first meal there. It will, however be our last! Everything is a la cart. Very over priced which made the poor quality of the food more painful. I and another had the filet. It was served on a... More

It seemed like it'd be great, but then, the gentleman that waited on us seemed to have attitude. Serious attitude. Been going to Pismo for years but this was a first. It was like he'd just rolled in on a OC wave. Food wasn't great and the price was too high. Everything on the menu is al a cart. Wich... More

The food was OK. The restaurant was very historical and I enjoyed looking at the old photo's of it and the area. The service was just so-so. The manager seemed like he was a slave driver with his servers. Just my take on it.

I had Thanksgiving dinner here. Two of us had one drink each, a salad, turkey dinner (some turkey, dry dressing, squash, stingy with gravy), and dessert. The bill $106, the food was below standard in my opinion. I would have been better off at Marie Callendars. Hopefully, their normal fare is much better, and better value than this holiday meal

Steemers is a great place for locals and visitors alike. When we have out of town guests we like to dine with them at Steemers to enjoy the beautiful view of the pismo beach and ocean. Sunsets can be spectacular. The seafood is good and they have a nice selection of wines and beers.

Friendly staff greated us. We did not have reservations and they were busy. They let us sit and dine in the bar. It was a world series ballgame night so the crowd was fun. Our waitress was great and personable. The food was wonderful. Service was not super fast but well worth the wait. Nice atmosphere.

Enjoyed the Chardonnay in the bar while watching a football game on a Thursday night with some work colleagues. Ordered the Sea Bass and claim chowder and was not disappointed. Consistent excellent seafood at this Pismo Beach landmark!
