Delicious

We had the best date night there ever! The crab was so good! We had then meal where they dump everything on our table and go at it. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone that likes sea food!

Nothing special..kinda Joe's Crab Shack-y but less. No view for the area. Dinner was 1 appetizer, 2 beers, 1crab Louie (tasty but skimpy on the crab) and 1 bucket steamer aka Joe's . Total for the two of us 112 not including tip. Have paid less for more elsewhere and have no problem paying that kind of money for awesome..... More

This well-regarded restaurant is based in simple, low-key surroundings. This works to ensure a relaxed environment, especially for the messy business of shellfish consumption. The aesthetics and reasonable prices belie the excellent quality of the meals. Our dishes included crab cocktail (superb, commented my wife), crab Louie (San Francisco style) - both signature dishes for the house. All memorable, backed... More

Been to this restaurant twice now, purposely driving here for our second visit and its was worth the wait. The crab selection is amazing and servings are generous. I had the Maine lobster tail which was amazing with the clarified butter... definitely worth the trip!

Wanted to have some good seafood while on the cost and the Cracked Crab was an outstanding choice. We enjoyed the biggest and best king crab ever, thought about trying the bucket but decided it was too much. Great service and fun atmosphere.

We were greeted with big smiles, seated by a wonderful young man with a great sense of humor. Everyone dining seemed to be having fun, enjoying their meals - a great vibe. Our server Ariel was fabulous, knowledgeable, and attentive. We had fresh crab - naturally - and can't wait to go back to try more types of crab! The... More

My husband and I like to try various fish restaurants. Our appetizer comprised of large chunks of fresh crab meat served with avocado and cocktail sauce on shredded lettuce. It was delightful. For our main course we had swordfish with chopped tomato and caper salsa. This came with asparagus and rice. It was perfectly cooked being nicely seasoned and moist.

As we did everywhere we stopped on our California trip, we asked the locals where to eat. At Pismo Beach, several people suggested Cracked Crab. We got there on a Monday evening around 6 and were seated immediately. We had a small table in the corner that was perfect. Our server was very attentive. We had narrowed our choices and... More
