The Cracked Crab is a good place to go if you're looking for seafood. It can be a bit pricey, but then again, seafood usually is. I'd recommend this place.

Still getting used to food prices on central coast, but this place serves up seafood right! simple, here it is, with nice wine pairings available. Super great staff, family atmosphere, wine bar located next door. Go with someone to share a bucket-o-seafood!

My wife and I are new to the area and are trying all the local places we can before we go on our diet ;') ! We've passed this place many times and heard good things about it. Tonight we ate there. First of you're greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello right away and shown to a... More

My daughters took me here for a birthday meal. The restaurant itself is small but comfortable. The waitress Ariel was wonderful and suggested the halibut which was the best that I have ever had! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

We stopped in here while visiting Pismo Beach and just planned on a quick snack and a beer. That turned into a meal called the big bucket. I have not tasted such fresh crab, mussels and shrimp like this in a long time. The service was exceptional. Attentive but not intrusive and for the feast we had, the price was... More

Family friendly and casual atmosphere. My plate was dry and boring for being that says fresh fish special. The buckets of seafood served poured on the table were abig hit with my party.

If you are someone who appreciates crab in all its glory you have to visit here. Having spent a lot of time in Maryland, I have not been to a crab restaurant on the west coast that comes close to the taste and quality of the Chesapeake until I visited here. First of all, they don't hide the Old Bay.... More

The prices may throw some people off as the atmosphere seems really laid back, but many of the menu items are affordable. My husband shared a bucket with my mother in law who is from Vermont, they said it was fantastic and they know their seafood. The menu is made daily depending on what they get in that day so... We dined here on Sunday, November 9th. We had the bucket of crab, shrimp and upgraded to the Alaskan King crab. The upgrade was only one leg and was $29 extra. We thought it was a bit pricey for one leg. You get corn (very dry) and hot links or sausage and boiled potatoes. The crab was good, have had... More
