We have gone to Splash evey time we went camping in Pismo; it is the first thing we did once we hit town for 12 years. Now that we have moved to Vancouver, WA from Fresno (HAD to get outta that place!) we still yearn for Splash and the ambiance of Pismo Beach. We may have cleaner air here than... more

I guess living on the East Coast I'm spoiled having great seafood and Clam Chowda. Splash Cafe's soup is over rated, nothing special about it! Their was a line out the door, so I figured this is the place to go, I wish I didn't...their chowda tasted like Campbells, and their seafood was like a Hungry Man Microwaveable Dinner. I... more

Oh so tasty. Crusty, buttery sourdough bowls filled to the brim with the creamiest, most hearty, delicious, FRESH clam chowder I have ever had. Worth the drive, and the wait!!!!! Take some home, you'll be craving it. ((And dont forget to take pictures with the cute clam murals on the outside walls!!)) more
