Loud crowded expensive italian

Waited and then regretted because it was so loud. You have to order salad separate from your meal, no small reasonable salad choice. Rich food with good flavor. Sad they didn't give us the option to sit outside. Rushed busy atmosphere.

Good service, but poor food, ate scallops and prawn Pesce, the pasta was so overcooked, it was falling apart, and the pesto, didn't taste home made. tiramisu for pudding was so wet I could have eaten it with a straw, the only reason I'm not saying terrible is the service was good, they also put breads on the table that... Very nice looking restaurant. Friendly staff. Other than the hair we found baked into the bread it was very good. Main courses, appetizer and desserts were very good. Was hoping they would've atleast comped an appetizer or a dessert since we showed the waiter the hair but oh well... Atleast we got a new loaf...

I used to eat here all the time when I lived in the area, now I make sure I stop in when I'm back in the area for business. They have amazing Italian food, the chef is incredible. The staff is great! Last time I was in town I went twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Hot freshly... More

Whenever we are in the Pismo Beach area visiting family, we make it a point to stop in for a great meal at Rosa's. Consistently good food and service!

The house special fish and the pizza was good, but the filet mignon, and the rib eyed steak was terrible. the two steak meals were burned black, and was barely eatable. the rest of the steak platters were strangely composed, and the combination tasted a bit strange. the service was otherwise good, and the location was ok. The price was... More

We stopped in here for dinner without doing any advance research and were pleasantly surprised. The outdoor seating was heated and had plexiglass to block the wind. We had lasagna which was delicious and had ample portions. Good beer and wine list to choose from. The tiramisu was very fresh and light.

It was around 1972 when I first tasted the offerings of the original Rosa’s Italian Restaurant in Visalia, CA. The food was excellent there and it is still excellent at this location after all these years. When my wife & I arrived about 5:45 pm for dinner, and we were promptly greeted, asked if we preferred inside or patio dining,... More

Went here for dinner after a day at the beach. Probably some of the best Italian food i've had in my life! I have the ravioli, which i'm pretty sure was made by hand. And it was delicious beyond all reason. And then...the bread pudding...oh my goddddd! I wish my stomach was bigger because i couldnt eat enough of it!!

Although the patio was a tad too warm, now that it is protected from the wind by plexiglass, it was lovely sitting outside. Our server was very accommodating, granting even our special requests. My veal piccata was excellent; the bread was irresistible, even the next day!
