That's about it. The rice and beans were bland and for a Mexican restaurant that's surprising. Would not go back there.

This is the old "Viva Mexico"... and has new owners. To start the host was rude and the waitress kept arguing with the cook. She moved very slow. (We waited 40 minutes for breakfast on a 1/2 full place). The kitchen was full of 10-13 year old boys eating standing up in view of the patrons. No chips and salsa... More

We come to pismo often and one time we decided to try this place! Ordered these jalapeño wheels they were the best fried jalapeños I have had! Well we were in town this weekend and I really wanted those so we went. Well our waitress took our order without writing it down (some can get away with this) but that... More

We always go to this place. This is a nice family setting and family run business. The family is very nice and the food is wonderful. The authentic flavors of the food are great! They aren't to Americanized. Their tacos are wonderful in fact everything we have eaten at this place we have enjoyed we have never been disappointed. Their... More

We were driving up US 1 (PCH) through Pismo Beach after seeing the Monarch Butterfly Grove, and wanted a quick lunch. This is a little, obviously family-run place right on PCH/Pomeroy in the center of Pismo - it was brothers and sisters working the front/dining room and I assume other family members in the kitchen. Used to be some kind... More

My fiancé and I wanted to try a new restaurant, this was it. My food was okay at best but my fiancés was not . He has food poisoning and we are both disappointed. The one good thing I can say is the service was excellent.

I loved the serrano salsa, except maybe with less salt (health issues). I had the Picasso with beef, and it was really great. The waitress and busboy (a sister and brother) provided really great service!

I've eaten here a couple of other times and it was marginal at best. We ate here recently and the food was not that good. I don't normally give poor reviews, but in this case it is unfortunately warranted. The Taco Salad wasn't much of a salad at all and was mostly a large shell full of rice, very little... More

Mexican diner. Unpretentious, but great food. My wife had the best fish she's had all holiday. The rest of the dishes (fajitas, burritos and tacos) were excellent. Very highly recommended

Understaffed. Nachos looked like they piled on left over garbage and tasted like that too. Beans and Meat had no flavor, rice was mushy, the "salsa" tasted like ketchup with red pepper flakes. And all this for 50 bucks
