From what I hear the restaurant hasn't changed as to food and prices. The view, however, is Great! You might go there for a drink or two. They have a great bar and a wine list that's probably the best in town.

Came out to Pismo Beach for our 10th wedding anniversary looking for an upscale restaurant for dinner. Found this place on yelp with good reviews, and the menu looked really good, too. So we decided to try it out. Food, service and location were top notch. Our server, Corey, was super attentive and very personable. He made our night that... More

Apart from a fascination with Brussels sprouts (really guys- consider the taste clash with more delicate seafoods) this is a nice place to eat. The menu is predominantly seafood (what do you expect from a restaurant overlooking the beach) but they also do steaks (well according to the husband). The food is good, the view superb and the staff excellent.... More

My husband & I came here for dinner one evening while visiting Pismo Beach. It is a hotel restaurant and I sometimes shy away from those but this one had great reviews and we were in the mood for steak. They had a nice wine list which also offered champagne or "sparking wine" which I ordered. I don't remember which... More

This restaurant sits on the third floor of the hotel of the same name. It has stunning views over the ocean, and we saw many whales and dolphins throughout the meal, which was fun. The whole restaurant was oooing and ahhhhing! The service is good, and there are a lot o fun drinks. We brought out own wine form a... More

Wonderful atmosphere and view of the ocean there. Great service from all staff. Food was served hot and very pleasant presentation. Good variety again! We will always eat there during our visits.

Certainly the best food I've had in Pismo Beach. I was really impressed by the chef - he is all about fresh, local ingredients and his homemade sauces are wonderful, especially his bacon jam. My favorite dish was a kale salad with fried brussels sprouts, jalapeños and queso fresco.. The desserts, including an apple croustade and a homemade chocolate kiss... More

A day of wine tasting inspires your taste buds to rejoice. A day that is celebrating yet another trip around the sun of mine (my birthday) calls for a great meal to go with newly purchased wine. This celebration calls for an excellent chef in a stunning restaurant with an attentive wait staff and a delectable menu. The Sea Venture... More

On a recent first-time visit to the Sea Venture in Pismo beach, I was pleasantly surprised by Chef Casey Walcott's satisfying creations. Having stayed in the area several times before recently moving to the Central Coast, I had seen the Sea Venture advertised, but never managed to make it in. I now wish I had come sooner! A few favorites... More
