We decided to go after reading the reviews and we weren't disappointed! The place was busy but we hit a perfect window in time so we didn't have to wait. We got the last order of their daily ravioli and it was wonderful. We also ordered their Pappardelle and that was also very good. You could definitely tell the pasta... More

We always enjoy the bruschetta choices - the gorgonzola, walnut, honey is one of my favorites. Relatively small menu with salads, pasta, risotto and secondi dishes (chicken, salmon, pork chop and filet on the menu). Unless your child enjoys italian food I wouldn't bring them. It's a grown up style restaurant but not too fancy. I always ask the salmon... More

I had meant to go here a few times and finally went in for dinner with two friends. I thought the food was terrific. We had the trio of bruschetta, you get to chose your toppings which is a nice option. I went back and had really good chicken piccata, super tasty. I had a salad as well which was... More

I have had many meals here and never a bad one. In fact all were great. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is good but some nights I will order to go because I can't make salmon as good as they do.

This place has excellent food, good choices great for business lunch or any type of lunch. Their selection of bruchetta's is great and they are all excellent. A must try, and very cheap 3 for $7.5. and the best of all any wine buy the glass $5 or $20 for the bottle. Tuesday evenings the same deal as lunch. A... More

We showed up on a Saturday evening around 6:30pm, and the place was packed. Good sign. We couldn't be seated right away, but they offered to seat us at the counter/bar for a glass of wine while waiting. Ordered the carpaccio and it was so delicious. The decor is modern, and there is also outdoor seating. Our daughter was with... More

I've eaten here twice now and both times the service and food were excellent. I really love the brochette appetizers they offer for such a good price. Salads are fresh, sandwiches tasty. Though the decor is a little bare (no tablecloths), it is modern and chic looking. Really love the cork painting on the wall. A great place for lunch... More

Ate there Friday night. Restaurant is small with an industrial loft feel. Wouldn't select for special occasion but nice for an everyday meal. Prices were reasonable but felt portions were small. We had scallop/shrimp pasta and eggplant pasta with shrimp entrees. Meals were tasty but quality of ingredients seemed below "best" and not enough shrimp and scallops. Service and wine... More

What a surprise for Petaluma. True and legit italian food with excellent service was not what I expected compared to other places I had been. The bruschetta is amazing and definitely a must have to start. The meats are all well cooked to your preference and the pastas taste fresh and made daily. If you like Italian, it's a must... More

The Penne, Creamy Pesto Verdura was a very excellent choice. Service was good even though it was a very busy Saturday night. I would recomend SUGO to any Petaluma traveler. The meal was good and prices were fair.
