Some things ok, some things really good

The food at Lydia's is organic, gluten free and very healthy. Some things are also really good, and some are a little bland. The best thing we have had so far is the super burger with the blinis (I would avoid the buffkin--it looks good but it disintegrates into a pile of crumbs in your hands). The... read more

We went in on a Sunday afternoon for the first time, and I was surprised at the size of the location. It has a great stage, nice places to sit and/or lounge and a lot of products to peruse while you're there. I ordered a salad with a lovin' burger and blinis. My food was prepared with care and quite... More

Vegan/vegetarian food very well prepared. fresh ingredients with the cook including the proper spices to bring out the inherent flavors of the veggies. Wekend lunch at this restaurant/clothing shop/music venue was very well done, reasonably priced and tasty. Enjoyed the surroundings as the place is in an out of the way office park and therefore surprising in its' definitely non-uptight... More

Giant space for vegans and vegetarians to enjoy a wide-variety of options. The food was unfortunately rather bland (except for excessive onions). It is baffling why there is so little actual spice in these foods. It is also difficult to find options which are not very high in carbohydrates and excessively dry. All of that being said, our vegan companions... More

I meet here with the Rogues every Thurs afternoon! The staff and owner are very accommodating and even set up,a table for us! We go,after lunch, so sometimes we snack...but I always have there Ginger-Lemonaid!!! I love it! The flavors are just right for sipping while on a project! This is a clean, friendly place to meet and visit! Many... More

Although it's in an out-of-the-way location I definitely recommend checking this place out. It's a little pricey (as all vegan places are) but it has good food, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I have a friend that eats there almost every day, sometimes twice a day; I don't love it that much but I'm looking forward to going back... More

Let me just say that I am NOT even a vegetarian but I do enjoy vegetarian and vegan food. I am currently visiting Marin County and looked for Groupons and LivingSocial deals for the area when I came upon the Sunflower Center. I thought that it was going to be a small cafe inside a market but I was completely... More

I won't bore you with a long review. If you are looking raw, vegan, or gluten-free food -- and hopefully all three -- then this is a must stop. We ate there 3 times in a 2 day period, as it was that good. It's located in an office park, so don't be surprised at the desolate drive in if... More

What a refreshing surprise to find the Sunflower Center! Great food that's actually good for you... what a concept! Exellent crepes and soups. An awesome organic/vegan cafe... sweet atmosphere too. Definitely not for those seeking a burger and fries. lol
