It's all about big flavors at Roy's at Pebble Beach. The Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center. Sushi, sashimi and blackened rare ahi tuna are prepared to perfection. Lobster Bisque, Tosaka-Wasabi Swordfish and Mango-Jalapeno Encrusted Ono are to die for. But meat lovers never take a back seat at Roy's. Ginger-Scallion Crusted New York Steak and Roy's Charred Garlic Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are only two of the many meaty menu choices. Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts and you have one impressive dining experience. Roy's trendy, casual and energetic setting at The Inn at Spanish Bay features views of the Pacific Ocean and The Links at Spanish Bay as a panoramic backdrop.

Just short of top notch

Great view of Spanish Bay and the golf course with the bag-piper entertaining the crowd outside. We had grilled swordfish, bisque and various appetizers (shared) that were all good. This is the 19th hole at Spanish Bay Golf Course. .The food was of high standard and service was efficient and professional. It's more fusion than a traditional Japanese restaurant and very popular with locals too. There's some walk in table s for two along the open kitchen and there 's outdoor seating too. Good for special occasion.

Really like this restaurant located at Inn at Spanish Bay. Great menu selection and lots of wine choices. This was our favorite restaurant at the hotels in Pebble Beach. Not cheap but good food and great wait staff.

We were here celebrating a 60th Birthday and the view from this restaurant is amazing. The Service was superb and the food good. They even put 'Happy Birthday' on the menu and gave it to my husband for a keepsake plus gave him a 'happy birthday' dessert. It was a nice evening.

If heading to Pebble Beach, strongly recommend Roy's at the Inn at Spanish Bay. The patio setting outside the restaurant at the hotel is incomparable for a drink unless it rains. Even on a cold evening with the fire pits on is wonderful. with a bagpiper walking up the fairway. The restaurant is classic Roy's - expensive and very upscale,... More

"Putitng the greens to bed' with the wonderful sounds of a bagpiper out on the golf course are one of the nice and unusual attractions here. But the food and service at Roy's are also terrific ! We enjoyed the Surf & Turf (nice swordfish and shortrib) and an authentic Bento Box dinner. Oh that the wines and chocolate cake... More

Last minute decision and direct phone call to the restaurant landed me and my old school friend here for an early dinner and a perfect table on a Saturday night!! The view was breathtaking. The food was perfect in everything we ordered.. I viewed many tables with "happy plates". Love the atmosphere. Not too loud but friendly, romantic, relaxed. I... More
