It's all about big flavors at Roy's at Pebble Beach. The Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center. Sushi, sashimi and blackened rare ahi tuna are prepared to perfection. Lobster Bisque, Tosaka-Wasabi Swordfish and Mango-Jalapeno Encrusted Ono are to die for. But meat lovers never take a back seat at Roy's. Ginger-Scallion Crusted New York Steak and Roy's Charred Garlic Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are only two of the many meaty menu choices. Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts and you have one impressive dining experience. Roy's trendy, casual and energetic setting at The Inn at Spanish Bay features views of the Pacific Ocean and The Links at Spanish Bay as a panoramic backdrop.

usually i avoid hotel restaurants, but this is one of the better options in Pebble Beach. Extensive seafood options and huge wine list making choosing difficult. Service was slow the day we were there, but it was Pro-Am and the place was very busy. Once ordered the food came quickly and was well prepared with a multitude of flavours -... More

We've eaten here several times for dinner and for breakfast. This is one of those rare finds, where the restaurant located in a hotel is actually worth visiting! I have yet to be disappointed by anything ever served (and I am super picky!). The menu varies slightly from time to time, which is nice, but the standard dishes are also... More

Have been to Roy's many times and it is always fantastic! Great service - ask for Roy! Always right there when you need him. Food - exceptional. Eggs Benedict, black angus burger, salads, sushi - everything superb! Great ocean view and beautiful décor. Outside dining in the sun is available along with a coffee bar outside. Have not had dinner... More

Enjoyed a nice dinner at Roy's. There was a good selection of sushi, seafood and steaks. We had breakfast in Roy's 2 days in a row and it was outstanding. Order off the menu instead of the buffet...better value and really good food and large portions.

We've loved Roy's in several other locations. We eagerly anticipated this dinner, which we enjoyed almost as much as the first time at Roy's. Inventive dishes and fine surroundings. Service was very good and helpful.

Went for 4 cocktails and 2 x California rolls. Walked out with a bill of $125. Drinks were good and so was sushi, price was expected. Nice view on the coast. Would go again.

Everyone i our group loved our food and service was great. The noise level is a bit loud, they def. need to add some throw rugs or noise reducing fabric to help reduce the noise level. Most everyone ordered fish, but one person ordered the pork dish and loved it. He mentioned is was like a "short rib" dish. Would... More

Roy's is pretty special. Nestled in the Inn at Spanish Bay, one can expect to see at least two to three luxury cars in the round about in the front of the library, but I digress. The cocktails are delicious, the food a culinary delight. The food is a mix of different cuisines so there is something for everyone. If... More
