Could have eaten at other restaurants in Pebble Beach but haven't tried Roy's for some time so wanted to try here at Inn of Spanish Bay. Glad we did it. Food was great as usual. My wife had Bento Box but nothing like the usual. Main was butterfish done so just right like one would find in Japanese kaiseki place.... More

We made reservations early on to eat at Roy's , being at down home Texas girl and liking the "basics" of food.....Roy's is fancy Hawaiian, no chicken strips on this menu. I am glad we went and food was good, so was service but I would not go back.

OK I know it's a chain but one of the better class chains, all staff very friendly, informed and attentive, food great and atmosphere nice, all comes at a price though.

I'm a big Roy's fan, starting in Hawaii, downtown San Francisco, Manhattan (NY) and now Monterey--it's a can't miss experience worth the time to delight in ever-changing cuisine. Light sauces, fresh fish of all types and great service!

We were very pleased with the quality of the food and the service. It was busy since it was a Holiday week-end. I suggest making reservations.

Absolutely fresh and delicious food. There is a variety, too. No need to get the Bento box if you prefer less Asian cuisine.

We have eaten here numerous times along with many other Roy's locations. We took a leisurely drive around 17 mile drive and stopped here for a late lunch. The view is marvelous of Spanish Bay. The restaurant setting is modern and clean but very inviting. Since we had dinner reservations we just had appetizers and drinks. I was delighted by... More

Best scallops I've ever had. Dinner was fabulous. View was breathtaking. Smoking cigars around fire pit with after dinner drinks was perfect ending to a perfect evening.

Got a lovely table for viewing the sunset. Tartar trio was a delicious and fresh appetizer. I had a swordfish and briased ribs dish. Very tasty & flavorful, but meat was a bit tough. Others had the Sea bass and snapper, which were delicious.

Love this place, and it never dissapoints. Great food, great view, great drinks. They have added personal touches on several of our visits, including dinner after our wedding on a nearby beach. We will always go back!
