It's all about big flavors at Roy's at Pebble Beach. The Hawaiian-fusion theme places fresh seafood front and center. Sushi, sashimi and blackened rare ahi tuna are prepared to perfection. Lobster Bisque, Tosaka-Wasabi Swordfish and Mango-Jalapeno Encrusted Ono are to die for. But meat lovers never take a back seat at Roy's. Ginger-Scallion Crusted New York Steak and Roy's Charred Garlic Honey-Mustard Beef Short Ribs are only two of the many meaty menu choices. Combine that with a dynamic wine list and exceptional desserts and you have one impressive dining experience. Roy's trendy, casual and energetic setting at The Inn at Spanish Bay features views of the Pacific Ocean and The Links at Spanish Bay as a panoramic backdrop.

Fine Fusion Food

We have been coming to Roy's virtually since the Inn at Spanish Bay opened. The food and service are both excellent. Wonderful outdoor wining if the weather is warm enough. I love their Ahi dinner, and have it almost every time I visit.

A little disappointing. Sat outside for drinks. Took forever to get anyone to help us despite several wait staff standing right next to us doing nothing. Dinner was half excellent half awful. Appetizers were all outstanding. Sushi and dumplings were superb. Butterfish was full of bones and not good. Creme brûlée was some of the best I have ever had!

We dined here on the last night of our stay, seafood specials were out of this world and the front of house staff happy to advise their recommendations spot on. The mud pie desert a real treat, we took one portion between us and trust me that is plenty!

Food/drink/service was OUTSTANDING. Would highly recommend you make a reso for a post-sunset time.... But get there an hour early or so to watch the bag piper across the greens and have some drinks.

The view of the ocean is amazing! We went around 5pm, so we had to order off the limited Light Fare menu. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Breast Salad, and my husband ordered the Turkey Club. While both were good, it was not outstanding and what i would rate 4-5 stars, and pricey for what we got. I would be... More

Great view of Spanish Bay and the golf course with the bag-piper entertaining the crowd outside. We had grilled swordfish, bisque and various appetizers (shared) that were all good. This location did not have some of the dishes Roy's is famous for, such as the lobster potstickers and macadamia encrusted mahi, but the menu is extensive and good. The location... More

This is the 19th hole at Spanish Bay Golf Course. .The food was of high standard and service was efficient and professional. It's more fusion than a traditional Japanese restaurant and very popular with locals too. There's some walk in table s for two along the open kitchen and there 's outdoor seating too. Good for special occasion.

Really like this restaurant located at Inn at Spanish Bay. Great menu selection and lots of wine choices. This was our favorite restaurant at the hotels in Pebble Beach. Not cheap but good food and great wait staff.
