I read a review from this site over a year ago. It was great and I even asked for the server , Page from the review. Food is really good with 1/2 pasta portion or full. Steaks and fish with great appetizers. It's not cheap but you are paying for ambiance . I would recommend sharing plates so you try... More

Three of us recently went to dinner at Peppoli for a birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. We had a window table with a clear view of the ocean and watched a beautiful sunset as our dinner progressed over the course of the next 2 1/2 hours. (Look for the delightful small white-tailed rabbits that romp and jump on... More

Extremely tasty food and beautiful location. We ordered the Carciofi Alla Romana appetizer (artichokes with cipolline onions and ricotta), which was extremely tasty. The gnocchi was some of the most tender and delicious gnocchi I've ever had! We both cleaned our plates! Be sure to arrive in time to see the bagpiper as he stops at the nearby golf holes... More

Nicely decorated dining room with ocean views. Not an extensive menu, but what we ordered was excellent. Nice wine selections by the glass as well as bottle. Service was efficient, but not particularly friendly. As with anything at PB, prices are on the high side.

You can always tell about an Italian restaurant by the manner they cook their pasta. At Peppoli, it was perfect. Not overdone, and the sauce wasn't watered down.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant from beginning to end. Our server was excellent, and she suggested a great wine with a grape varietal that I was not familiar with, and it was perfect with my fish. As we waited for our food, we watched the stunning sunset from primo seats by the window. My first course, however,... More

Don't take the kids like we did...it's fancy here! Maybe too fancy for my palate but if you have a sitter or are traveling without children I suspect this is the best place to grab a beautiful glass of wine and take each other in. Beautiful ambiance and great location!

Peppoli has a great wine list, with many high end French and New World wines, including those hard to find half bottles. Unfortunately, while the sommelier knew her wines, she was not skilled in adjusting recommendations and choices to the food on the menu. Peppoli food is intense and pretty heavy going, lots of oil and garlic. The $125/half bottle wines... More

Had great dinners here on two separate nights. Perfect dining room & beautiful setting looking out at the Pacific Ocean. Waiters are attentive and foods are wonderful and flavorful. Many dinner choices can be half portions. Again, perfect and not too expensive. A true value! We all chose pasta entrees each night.

What a great place to enjoy an anniversary dinner. The service was best ever and food was 5 star. We ended up eating there twice. First night I had stuffed sole with crab which was really good. Hubby had sea bass and loved it. Second night hubby had the sole I had and I had boar ragu which was better... More
