Good ol' home style cooking!

We stopped here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The place was packed but we only waited 10 minutes. The service was great. After wet ordered our food it was out in record time. My guy ordered sausage n eggs. Biggest sausage patty ice ever seen. I ordered a turkey club sandwich. Very... read more

Normal food choices with average service and prices for Paso (i.e. on the high side). Main attraction is the statue of a large cowgirl as you enter and some of items on the walls. Not your boring Dennys.

Just plain good, down home cooking. They have all the breakfast classics and some great Omelets. The service was outstanding and the staff all friendly. There can be a wait, because it is one of the favorites of the locals.

Good grub. Good prices. Wonderful people watching. Excellent menu. Friendly and fast wait staff. Good western decor. What else do I need? By the way, the portions were good sized.

Home fries were good, over easy eggs very good, Canadian bacon and sausage needs improvement. Cost $8-12 country style decor.

Had breakfast this morning . Coffee was good , biscuits and gravy not much flavor ! Value was low prices are little high . Saw reviews listing it as best breakfast in Paso Robles, hope not then next Sunday will be disappointing also. Another place that if you are a single dinner they ignore you.

On every trip to Paso Robles we have breakfast one morning at the Cowgirl Cafe. Their food is delicious, portions are generous and the staff is friendly. The decor is totally fun!

If you're looking for a casual place for breakfast that's friendly and a good value go here. It's a large cafe in the old downtown. Substantial portions with friendly service. This is not for the "haute cuisine" crowd but is perfect for breakfast with family and friends. Lots of breakfast choices. The pancakes are huge.

It was soooo bad. I wanted to know what all the busy tables were all about and boy was I disappointed. Now just how bad can breakfast be? In this case, pretty bad. The sausages were cheap and greasy. The biscuit disappointing. The eggs almost inedible. I think we found a spot almost as bad as the venerable "Touch of... More
