Plain and simple: This is a pub that serves great pub food. Fish n chips were very good. Come as a couple or a group. This place fills up fast. Patio seating available.

We took over the outdoor patio, and were able to accomodate the 12 of us for pre-dinner cocktails and cigars. The place is divided in half, and so getting a drink from the bar requires you to go next door?

Admittedly, my review is biased because I love Irish bars. This is a good place to go in downtown Paso for drinks. They are open late night.

Recently went to Pappy McGregors with a group of friends. I had not been there in a long time. Very disappointed. The service was completely unprofessional, auctioning drinks and plates and long wait times. Food was mixed, although there was a decent fried calamari. The "Award Winning Lobster Mac and Cheese" for 19.95 was not good and a rip off... More

Ok came here to accompany my husband who was working that night. My friend frequents this place a lot and always says how good the fish and chips is, and she's not a seafood person. So of course I wanted to try it. Hello, soooo good! And the tartar dill sauce was good and so was the fries! My other... More

This is a real traditional Irish/Scottish style pub with great pub grub and selection of brews you might find in Dublin's Temple Bar district. If you even want just near-beer they have the best, which is Kaliber, made by Guinness (a bit malty but a great taste). They have "Newkie Broon" (Newcastle Brown Ale) and "Smith-icks" (Smithwicks Irish Ale) and... More

I've always liked this place, even from when they were formally known as the Crooked Kilt. Their prices aren't bad. Not too much seating in the bar when it gets crowded but there are additional tables in the main restaurant.

We were visiting Paso Robles on a wine tasting group and someone recommended Pappy MacGregors. It was fantastic! Burgers are great, and pretty creative. We had a large party and everyone loved their food!

We went to this restaurant to watch a baseball game, and it had been recommended by someone in the area. It's a great little pub feel. Our server was Heidi, who was really great. We ordered the mac and cheese, which was absolutely delicious, and I'd LOVE to order it again (and maybe try the lobster mac and cheese). My... More
