Yummy Breakfast! Great Service!

My friend that recently moved to Paso recommended Joe's for breakfast so we had to give it a try. We came early, even so it was already hopping! I had chilaquiles recommended by our server and ate every last morsel. My hubby had pancake eggs and subbed sausage. He said it was the best sausage he... read more

We were driving home from Pismo Beach, wanted to stop for a good breakfast. The place we were used to stop for breakfast for was gone! We happened upon Joe's Place. It was Father's Day and there was a bit of a wait, but they offered complimentary coffee on the patio while we waited. My husband had the bacon, cream... More

This is absolutely the best breakfast in town--huge omelets. It also offers a down home rustic feel.

Stopped by while staying in nearby Paso Robles downtown area. I wasn't really hungry so I only ordered the single egg, sausage patty and one biscuit. When it arrives it was all stacked together into one heaping pile of creamy goodness. I couldn't finish it all. My wife ordered one pancake, bacon and egg and the pancake was huge. She barely finished... More

We were in town for the Firestone Invitational Beer Festival and we were looking for a really good breakfast. Joe's Place is it!! They certainly do not skimp on the portions. I had the chorizo and eggs and well done hash brown. We did not walk away disappointed. We walked through the door at 8am and by 8:30am, the place... More

We went solely based on the great reviews. I thought it didn't quite live up to that level of dining experience. It's good for breakfast. Just not great. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there and wouldn't wait 45 minutes to eat there again like we did this time. But all in all its very good.

Excellent hash browns and quality bacon make their classic breakfast menu very high quality and delicious. You will be in line with a lot of locals to get your breakfast. This is not a tourist trap. It is crowded but worth the wait. Free coffee on the patio to help you ease the wait.(which was not that bad)

I think Joe's Place is best known for Mexican style breakfasts. Lots of people were eating those. Since we don't, we had pancakes, oatmeal and a cinnamon bun. Very average. Nothing special. Prices very reasonable.

This was recommended by a wait staff at a nice restaurant downtown. She suggested the Mexican style breakfast. What a great find! Really wonderful spot for a hearty breakfast - eggs, pancakes, whatever you like. Staff is friendly and efficient. They will tell you how long to expect for a wait and they nail it. A long line builds on... More
