Wonderful

We eat here often. It is always fresh and delish. I get the french dip and salad. Always yummy. Some one mentioned they were over priced. Really they are not much different from most better places in town. Maybe a bit pricey. But I figure this, you get what you pay for.I love my salad isn't iceberg... read more

This restaurant is in what looks like a converted house and it was a great respite from the rain for our hearty breakfast before wine tasting. My husband and I shared the Danish Abelskiver (3 of them) which was $11.25. They were good but overpriced and at this price point they should at least serve it with strawberry jam or... More

On Dec 31, Jan 1, 2, and 3, my wife and I ate breakfast here. Yea, they were open on New Years! We always tell our-self's that we really should try a different place to eat breakfast when were in Paso, but it never happens. We like the food and service, plus its a nice small place so there is... More

We enjoyed a pleasant breakfast at Springside, which is housed in a cozy little bungalow with a bar and fireplace. The food was solid diner quality. I had a Texas omelette, which was filled with a generous portion of chili and cheddar cheese, accompanied by two large buttermilk pancakes instead of the usual potatoes and toast; hubby had the Danish... Most of the reviews I read for this restaurant spoke of the breakfasts. We went with our friends for dinner. I not only agree with the great reviews this restaurant has received, but want to add just a few things. 1) The food was really good, beginning with the crisp, cold salad and perhaps one of the best blue cheese... This place is off the beaten path on Spring St. The locals all know it is a great place. The breakfast was outstanding. My wife had the Apricot French toast and I had the ranch hand. Next time I need to order the brunch with my breakfast, the fruit bowl was really something to see as they were going to... More

Loved this little place! Our group of six just walked in off the street for breakfast and were instantly seated, no problem at all. Service was very efficient and friendly, and the food was delicious! Very interesting omelet/scramble options on the menu, plus all the classic egg and breakfast dishes. All of our dishes arrived hot and very timely and... More

Four of us down from Monterey Bay got into town late Saturday afternoon. Found out it was the WineFest weekend and were a little worried about getting in somewhere for dinner. Called the Springside and was told there was no need for reservations come on in. Was conveniently located to the hotel just a short drive. Arrived and was a... More
