A great find

First time customer and so happy we tried this outstanding restaurant. Both dinner meals were top notch. Service really top notch from start to finish. Also very nice decor in a old building.

Had dinner here on 3/9 after an initial round of tastings. Every tasting room, when asked, highly recommended Roberts. We were able to get a reservation, although really did not need one as on a Monday in early spring things are slow. We were a party of four. The setting is upscale casual with white table clothes, etc. The wine... More

Well appointed restaurant. The food was top flight. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about wines. He offered to let me try two wines to see which one I liked best. He also recommended a winery that specializes in Italian verietals. We stopped there and bought a case of wine we liked it so much. We would return again if we... More

We came across Roberts as we were driving through Paso Robles. They were very welcoming and we had a perfect lunch in the sunshine on their quiet patio. I had a very tasty ahi tuna salad in a taco shell, and my husband had a VERY generous us turkey BLT sandwich. I fully enjoyed our visit and would recommend it.

We began with the tomato soup, which was extremely flavorful. But the Colorado prime ribeye hit it out of the ballpark. Plus the macaroni and cheese side with the broccoli were to die for. This restaurant is a definite keeper. Service was superb.

Family of three on a Tuesday night. Had a reservation but did not need it. Nice greeting with immediate seating. Really like the atmosphere and feel of the dining room. Menus were sitting the table face down and they have most of their wine list combined with the menu. Sizable wine list at average prices (nice selection of "by the... More

We always look forward to lunch at Roberts! I enjoy the steak salads, my husband enjoys the sandwich selection. One time we shared an appetizer with spinach and mushrooms on top of puff pastry, that was out of this world. They have a chipotle ranch dressing that is amazing.... They also have a good selection of wines by the glass... More

Set the reservation through Open Table, received a call from the restaurant that afternoon confirming the reservation. Hadn't been here since 2009, so wasn't sure what to expect. I guess the best is when you don't have expectations and you're pleasantly surprised. The servers were attentive, welcoming and personable. They seemed knowledgeable on the menu, and wine pairings. We ordered... More

We had a fantastic first class meal here, including beet salad, chicken piccata, rack of lamb, and a great wine list that included good deals as well as top tier. The service was also excellent and the noise was minimal but still fun.

What has happened to Roberts! Used to be our favorite place but it was lost something. I felt this last time we went, but wanted to give it another try. It was as bad this time. I'll try to explain. The place itself has a slight smell to it, not sure what, kind of musty. The soup I ordered was... More
