Always on point

We celebrated our 12 yr anniversary and our services was impeccable. The portions were large and wine selection vast. My husband had the lamb and enjoyed every bite. He continued to talk about the flavors days later. I had the catch of the day. We had our young daughter with us and called ahead to... read more

Jill our server was very accommodating in bringing bottles of wine to our table to taste (Paso Robles, of course!). Pours are large. Food is good (Pork Chop moist, Lamb Chops very nice and Artic Char Salmon was a little too dry for our group's taste). They had a special Watermelon salad that was incredibly delicious and exotic. Comfortable chairs... More

Our food and service was excellent and the wine seemed expensive - we had Hearst Castle wine. This is a nice location down town Paso Robles. Like everything in California it is a little pricey.

Lunch menu. Had beef soup special. Portion was more like a cup size than a bowl, and had a tomato in the middle which served more like 'filler'. Was good but made it almost a stew cup rather than a soup bowl. I would rather have had more beef than the tomato. Toast with the soup was your standard two... More

This was our second favorite restaurant during our recent trip to Paso Robles (see separate reviews for Thomas Hill Organics and Il Cortile). The food was very good and the service started out kinda slow but did improve as the meal progressed. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is the drunk lady at the table... More

We went here at the suggestion of some friends who had wanted to go and liked the look of the menu. We had been there about 4 years ago and had a very good meal. Our meal was okay. They were out of the "fish of the day" although there was only about 2 tables occupied (at 7 PM). We... More

We had a nice meal here, however the steak was a little on the thin side and less than we expected. Nice salads and a very nice wine selection.

We have been to Robert's a few times in the past but wanted to return and support the new ownership group after a contentious buyout/ownership issue which is now over. The staff was friendly and helpful, even moving our group of four after our window table became a fly magnet. Generally our group of four was divsappointed in the consistency... More
