Cass is out in the country and serves several delicious entrees on their patio. Meals run about $20 which includes the wine tasting, and if you buy a bottle your meal is half price. Excellent food, delicious wines, and gorgeous surroundings. Definitely worth the drive!

This place is hard to find (bring a GPS), but once there, it's just delightful - from the wonderful wines, to the delicious food made right on the premises, to the wait staff, to the whole enviornment - just a wonderful way to spend a couple hours.

This is unusual for the Paso area because their tasting are paired with tapas-sized (not styled) food, in some rather ingenious combinations. Great place for a very relaxing wine tasting, lovely grounds, and very good wines.

We found CASS by accident and we are so happy we did. We love their laid back, slower way of wine tasting. Get the cheese tray that is paired with their wines and also order a loaf of bread. Spent a whole afternoon here hanging out on the porch, playing cards, tasting wine and cheese. The server was nice and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was quiet and serene, the wine was excellent, and the prices were very fair. Made for a great day.

We paired the wines with the Cheese plate which included several nuts, and other snacks. We had a lovely outdoor lunch Cass Winery, which also included wine tasting. We must have been gushing over the reds loud enough to attract the attention of the owner who treated us to barrel tasting. What a great experience!

Great wine and a lovely cafe. Must see Buster, the manager's dog...he is so cute.
