We stopped at this winery for lunch because we were looking for something different. Everyone was very pleasant, the service was excellent. We tasted a variety of wines while eating our lunch which was a great experience. The food was very good, but unfortunately we weren't fans of the wine. We purchased one bottle. We would go back for lunch... More

We had time to visit one of my favorite wine tasting wineries…the bar at Tobin James when we were recently in Paso. Great wines, an extensive list to try including reserve fines. They suggest the Cass Winery for a light lunch and would definitely recommend this choice. A great location and if you sample the wines over lunch the tasting... More

This is tucked away about 6 miles from town along a scenic equestrian road. Enjoy the horses and the deer on the way (go slow). The wine flight blew us away,,,,loved everything and the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The setting is rustic and laid back and you can enjoy the gourmet lunch on the patio or under the... Their flight was pretty good, but if you get them on a good day, they'll let you try their reserve, which was phenomenal. Very friendly staff, not too stuffy like some wineries. Very pretty there too.

So we checked this place out after a referral from another winery in the area. We were looking for a place to eat lunch and taste some wine. Well, this is the spot for both! Cass is tucked away on a back country road and from first appearance looks like an old cattle ranch. They have a marvelous outdoor patio... More

They have a beautiful outdoor setting where you can order lunch to pair with your food. They poured at the tables, which was nice and relaxed. The staff was friendly and well-informed about the wines.

This winery is in a fairly remote area and if you're hungry, you'll really enjoy the availability of tasty food. You can do a wine tasting along with lunch and they have an inside area, and a shady patio. The burger and pulled pork are both tasty, and come with a nice side salad. Service is friendly and efficient. Since... More

When you visit Paso Robles for wine tasting, there are very few restaurants outside the city core and thus you need to know where they are unless you will always be toting a picnic. Cass is a gem of an oasis on the Backroads wine tour south of the Union Road wine circuit. The lunch is great and we split... More
