You have to try this soup! And I am a meat and potato guy. Nice ambiance and service. Nice menu choices. Worth a look.

We have eaten at Thomas Hill on three different occasions, always expecting greatness, and just don't see it. The menu is innovative with pairing that you would not expect, but the end result is usually mediocre to disappointing.

Thomas Hill Organics is definitely a personal favorite for lunch. My last lunch there included an appetizer of curried cauliflower puree with grllled pita bread and a delicious salad of fresh greens, quinoa and smoked yellowtail. What a treat. Because of the great service, creative menu and deliciously prepared food, I will return soon.

We stopped for lunch in the middle of a day of wine tasting. We split the huge burger and a very tasty salad. Both were top notch! We would have gone back for dinner if we didn't have reservations elsewhere, but can't wait to get back here.

As owner of Thomas Hill Farms, the farm that Thomas Hill Organics is named after and was originated from, I need to say that the bistro no longer sources produce from my farm and has not done so for quite some time. They have chosen to embark upon a different path and we wish them well. The farm and the... More

Attractive courtyard seating with a wonderful guitarist. Food was very good, although the CA propensity for many many ingredients is too fussy. Flatbreads from the wood oven were terrific. Excellent waiter with helpful suggestions.

This is the second time we have eaten at thomas hill. First time was dinner and this was lunch. The menu is very eclectic with odd pairings of flavors. It is interesting but sometimes mixing it up can turn out not so great. It is worth trying but I would ask a lot of questions about the food before ordering.... More

We had dinner our first night in Paso and it was one of the highlights of our trip. On our last night we could not make dinner but wanted to stop in for our favorite dessert of the trip. We did not realize we came in right at close. We were served without being rushed and with a friendly attitude... More

There are tables indoors as well as outdoor dining on a lovely patio w/fireplace, canopy and heaters. Hostess is wonderful, made sure the heater was on and even offered a blanket if needed to keep my toes warm since she noticed I was wearing sandals. Our waiter was friendly, really took care of our table as well as many others... More

Oh, my God! I've never heard of pork bellies other than in the context of bad investments. Buying pork belly futures, manufacturing widgets, ... Thomas Hill Organics introduced me to pork bellies in the real world and all I can say is... Oh, my God! Stop reading this review right now. I mean it. Just stop. Get in your car... More
