A favorite of ours because of the quality and originality of the food. We think we have favorites but when ordering it is always something new. Their salads cannot be bettered because of the freshness of ingredients. As for their "sandwiches" I have solved my problem by deconstructing the offering. Service always personable. Good wine list.

We love Thomas Hill Organics and their unique menu. We enjoyed dinner and then went back for lunch. The duck confit salad is OUTSTANDING for dinner my husband enjoyed the roast chicken simply delicious. I had the day scallops but felt the salsa was too strong for the gentle flavor of the scallops. No room for desert Lunch a few... More

We ate at the bar, same food as in the restaurant. Super service ...stunning décor which really fits the Paso Robles vibe...The selections were all innovative and done with impressive presentations. Wine selection was excellent...and available in tasting sizes too....Do No pass up desert....ours was worth the calories and then some!

One of the best meal I have had in a long time. It is creative without being ridiculous. It is fresh and just succulent. It is a fusion, Mexican, California and French but it does not feel like everything is thrown together. The wine pairing was on the spot with a great choice of local wines. The service was attentive... More

Dined here a couple years ago. Dined here with friends this weekend. Fresh ingredients, interesting menu, great presentation, fabulous service. What's not to like? Nothing. It is a great dining experience. The five of us (all college friends) dined on the inside court yard. Heaters kept the temperature warm so it was pleasant. Our waitress was delightful, courteous and efficient.... More

We spent Christmas eve here with friends. I've enjoyed many lunches at THO due to my many food intolerances, and I trust THO to prepare something that I won't react to. I appreciate their Organic, locally sourced vegetables, meats, and fruits. Realizing THO is pricey for dinner, we, nevertheless, decided to splurge for a Christmas eve meal with friends. This... We had two excellent lunches here while visiting the Paso robles Wine country. The lunch menu was exceptional and a had a wide range of organic based choices. Food presentation compliments the food quality. Outdoor seating provides a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a lunch with friends. Very good service

We were last here in 2012 and we liked Thomas Hill so much on that trip we had lunch and dinner there on the same day. In November of 2014 we were driving through Paso Robles on our way south and were determined to find this restaurant again. We had a little challenge since the entrance has moved, but once... More

Decided to revisit Thomas Hill Organics for dinner and, if possible, was better than the first time. Friendly helpful guidance from menu selection to wines. Excellent staff. The food presentation beautiful - making it hard to take the first bite out of this artful plating, Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh... If you have not dined here yet - put it on your bucket list.

We discovered THO during our first stay in Paso. Since then, we stop there any time we are remotely close to the restaurant. This time we stopped on our way from Santa Barbara to Monterey. The food is amazing! The salads are heavenly. Try the little gems with seasonal mixed berries, persimmons, sesame brittle and goat cheese; Simply gorgeous! Service... More
