We visited THO yesterday before our full day of wine tasting in Paso. We had the Sea Bass sandwich and goat cheese sandwich. Great combination of flavors and super fresh ingredients. The back patio seating was very comfortable and we are going back again before we leave!

The indoor restaurant and outdoor garden are lovely. The food is farmer's market fresh and the chef let's the fresh ingredients shine. The accompanying salad, with a little quinoa mixed in for a lovely texture, was a brilliant addition to the bright greens that came with the Seabass sandwich. My only feeling was that for the price ($24) the fish... More

We sat out back under a canopy for brunch. Food superb, great service, beautiful inside layout. Just as well we don't have one back home

Lovely salad to start and finished with a massive burger (split). Service was excellent. A titch of a walk from the main square made for a nice stroll after.

The outside area of this restaurant is very nice, the set up is new and relaxing, with water behind and wood pizza fire in front. The inside is modern, more a bar then a restaurant. The food composition are artistic and well balanced. For sure there's someone creative behind. My partner loved the hamburger with glassed onions, green cheese and... More

A lovely location in the heart of Paso Robles. They have an outdoor seating area which must be great at lunchtime when it is warm outside. But at night, when the temperature is plunging, I question the wisdom of the ceiling fans blowing around the cooling air. Word to the wise - - bring a sweater or a wrap! Nice... More

The ambiance is fantastic. A few months back we gave TO a try for lunch. There was confusion in the bar as to if we could be served in there or not. The hostess/manager told us it was fine, and the bartender would be our server. An hour later my husband could no longer wait for our sandwiches so he... More

An inventive menu---with meat, vegetarian and vegan selections. Everything sourced locally. Exceptional wines. Flavor combinations we've never experienced before and we dine out extensively. Great service, casual atmosphere. Perfect ending to a day of wine tasting.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We started with the focaccia bread with honey and cheese. It was served warm and was very good. We also got the tuna. It was excellent. My son and husband had the filet. It was cooked perfectly. I had the black bean tacos. They were very unusual and very good. For dessert... More

Reservations are a must, this place is so popular you can't get in without reservations. My husband and I had dinner there to celebrate our 10th anniversary. The food was fabulous and so was the atmosphere! Everything on the menu looked really good, so we never made it pass the appetizers and salads. So we definitely have to go back... More
