We happened on Touch of Paso as we were traveling from SF to LA. A great brunch/lunch place in Paso Robles. Fast service. Great waitress. Excellent pricing. Good solid food. Don't expect fancy stuff - just good "down home" food and you don't find in too many places anymore. The fried chicken... read more

My husband & I really enjoyed this quaint restaurant in a family neighborhood. I had really good strawberry crepes & my husband had over easy eggs & links with hash browns & toast. Reasonably priced with very good service. Friendly staff.

I understand sticking with the staples... they are tried and true. I hadn't eaten breakfast at ToP in about 10 years... so I thought I'd give it a try. Pros: - Seated quickly - Menu is reliable - Wait staff cordial and inviting. - Coffee is filled at every table visit Cons: - Menu hasn't changed much since I remember... More

This is a definite locals hang out, which is the kind of restaurant I prefer. I ate here with my son for breakfast after discovering this restaurant in 2012. The food was as good as I recall, try to go with some of their specialty meals, you won't be disappointed (The Victor Omelette or Boysenberry Pancakes for example). It was... More

It was obvious from the clientele that this is a local favorite and the staff seemed to know several of the people at the other tables. We were visiting from out of town and just wanted a quick lunch. Service was fast, but the food was bland. The fries came out unsalted and the roast beef in my sandwich was... More

Had breakfast yesterday (7/22/14). Very nice place two blocks off the main Paso street - Spring St. Unfortunately, if you don't know it's there, you are unlikely to come upon it by accident. Popular with the locals. I had sausage patties and eggs, with hash browns and toast. A pretty standard breakfast, but served perfectly. The eggs were over easy,... More

Our family has gone to Touch of Paso many times! The only reason we haven't is that they close at 2pm. Everything I have eaten there is great. They have fantastic Custard and you need to get there early in order to get it. Usually I order it to go before I look at the menu! It is busy all... More

I love breakfast so I was looking forward to trying Touch of Paso based on reviews. It did not disappoint. I had huevos rancheros and was happy they left out the refried beans. Perfect and yummy. BF had pancakes with bacon and eggs...could not ask for a better place to start your day. I can imagine it is busy on... More

Touch of Paso is one of our favorite restaurants for Breakfast or Lunch (they do no serve dinner). The food is always excellent, the service "top notch". You can usually find many locals as well as travelers eating here.
