Quiet, romantic neighborhood restaurant and bar

Live piano music every night. We sat by the piano and greatly enjoyed talking to the pianist (Wendy). Another excellent musician (Stan) wandered in and played a few songs. Another reviewer complained that the piano was loud? Even right next to the piano my wife could converse better than we can in... read more

My family and My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years! The food is nothing to write home about, but it is good and we enjoy the pianist Wendy. We walked in on Saturday at 6:15pm and asked for a table. We were with our 90 year old mom who knows the waiters and... More

Went with a group of friends. Had appetizers and quiet conversation before ordering dinner. Then the piano started! Soft, pleasant music usually adds to the ambiance, but this person played very loudly--and poorly--for the rest of the time we were there. Not sure if he was a paid employee, or a customer who just sat down and pounded on it.... More

When you walk in the door you are bound to have the same feeling I got when I entered. What a surprise. I had no idea this little gem was right around the corner. It is a throw back to the days of waiters who know their job and an atmosphere that is reminiscent of the fine dinner clubs of... More

Stoney Point is the best italian restaurant in Pasadena. We have been dining at Stoney Point for over 15-years and have always have enjoyed the food and great service. They will make off menu items upon request. Stoney Point is a special restaurant that I highly recommend.

I went there for lunch one day and was not overwhelmed by the food. It is very nice, elegant and old world formalish. Waiters all have white shirts and bow ties, linens on the table, nice music in the evening... GREAT BAR! I have been back many times to meet friends and relax in the bar area. It is friendly,... I hadn't been in this restaurant for a number of years...obviously it had been beautifully remodeled since. The staff is very friendly, the service is prompt and courteous and the food was delicious. They start with a wonderful complimentary Bruschetta style appetizer, we than had a delicious salad with a Drizzled Balsamic and Lobster Ravioli with Cognac Sauce - wonderful!... More

My husband and I drove by this restaurant and he suggested we eat there for lunch. I agreed because it looked charming and quaint from the outside. There is a sign that says it's so good, they built a bridge to get there! It's a small little place with an old-fashioned exterior that adds to the charm once you walk... More

Spinach salad with warm brandy vinaigrette was an excellent start. Chicken breast with raisins and pine nuts was a great entree or the more tradionally Italian was spinach ravioli with pink sauce. The hazel nut gelato would have been perfect except for a few ice crystals. It was excellent in flavor. The chocolate ball with zabaglione center was also excellent.... More

This old style restaurant on Colorado south of the Colorado bridge is a hidden jewel. The decor is reminiscent of steak houses from the 50' and 60's. Full bar, and live piano after 7. Menu is Italian with steak and some other options. My friend had the lobster ravioli which was terrific. I had the prix fixe dinner ( week... More
