Got a combo breakfast that included the "Lake Cakes". They are heavenly! They are pancakes with cooked oatmeal inside them, which makes them ultra smooth and dense. I will be back for more !!!

Went out for breakfast with a friend in between "The Christmas Holiday" Conrad's was quite busy. We were seated right away. Hostess, servers and busboys friendly. Menu has lots to choose from. Our meals were both very good and tasty. Unfortunately I found the price was a bit expensive but you get your money's worth. Now a days everything is... More

This is a coffee shop/restaurant that is not very common anymore. It reminds me of a much higher end Norm's that's cleaner with a great menu but with very reasonable prices for high quality food. The service was super (it seems the wait staff have been there a long time but don't know for sure). We were there for breakfast... More

Came here last week with friends from Altadena while I was on my vacation. Menu in very good with good size servings. Staff are very attentive. I personally had Polish sausage which was extremely tasty. The reason I haven't given it 5 merits is because it is starting to look pretty dated in there now.

I went here for lunch today with a friend of mine. I had the lasagna with garlic bread. It was very good, but as one other reviewer mentioned, the food was a bit salty. The portion size was pretty big with lots of meat & cheese. My entree also came with a choice of soup. My friend had a breakfast... More

This is your old neighborhood coffee shop. It has become an institution in Pasadena. I used to eat dinner there every day. I have to say that prices have increased over the years since I started going there in 1994, but I still go back. I no longer live in Pasadena, but still visit anytime I am in town. This... More

My family and I came to Pasedena to find someplace to eat since we had to drive over 2 1/2 hours from Hemet on the other side of the LA area behind the mountains of Palm Springs. We wanted to get something to eat before going to see our daughter who's in the Hospital and as I was driving area... More

it's one of my favorite places for one dish, the Conrad's Special Sandwich; a grilled turkey, bacon, swiss cheese and avocado sandwich with "secret sauce" you know 1000 Island dressing. Served with fries and coleslaw. it's magic. :-)

The quality has really gone down. They do have a good chicken dinner though

everything's salty and it's a dive full of senior citizens. But sometimes that vibe is fun.
