My wife and I love going to the Parkway. It is so classy and elegant. Service is great as well as the food and drinks. You cannot go wrong with this establishment. On the pricey side but worth it if the occasion calls for it.

Let me begin by saying this restaurant is owned by the Smith Brothers and for the longest time they were the only game in town. They own four or five other restaurants as well. I used to be a regular customer, bringing my clients to Parkway and going for special occasions. I own a business (not a restaurant) in Pasadena... More

Very good to excellent fare from a very nice but expensive Pasadena landmark. The surroundings are sumptuous and the service excellent. It starts with excellent bread offerings. The lamb lollipops were stunning in a pomegranate sauce with fig relish. That was the high point of the meal. The seared scallops were also excellent. The short ribs and a sea bass... More

To shortly summarize it: the staff was very helpful and friendly, food was very good. We had fish (2 meals) and pork and everybody was pleased with their meals. Recommendations regarding drinks was adequate eventhough not all the cocktails filled our expectations. We had a complimentary dessert, which is always nice. As an experience and a meal in a restaurant... More

After years of booking a table for a specific time and then, when there, finding out that you had not actually booked a table but a place in the queue for a table and then having to wait and wait to be seated, we took chance and booked a table for a time certain and happy surprise we were seated... Great place for a nice dinner with friends. Street parking is almost non-existent. Very good service.

I enjoy sitting in Parkway Grill, it is beautiful! The food is quite good but the price is painful. I have been there for lunch, dinner, and a glass of wine in the bar. It is especially beautiful at Christmas time.

This is a reliable and very good Pasadena restaurant. You don't go there to be challenged, you go there because you will get excellent service and good continental/California food. A favorite on the menu is their fast fried catfish with ginger and soy, light and very good. The best thing for me about Parkway Grill is their excellent bar. Bartenders... More

We went there for a special occasion after reading about it on Tripadviser - Everything was first class from the start. It has that lovely atmosphere of class that American restaurants used to have and they even let you bring your own wine. The waiter was particularly good, gave us a free desert, and if when he forgot to charge... More
