A gracious dining environment with food to match.

As slick a steak house as you are likely to find. Cozy, quiet and elegant. A relaxing dining environment with a gracious and professional staff. A fine--if pricey--wine list and an excellent set of options in all menu categories. They seafood offerings are at least as good as the beef. Perfection!

While the Arroyo Chop House is part of a local chain of restaurants, it is decidedly not like the sometimes cookie-cutter experience you might encounter at one of the high-end national steakhouse chains. The menu has some different things, the wine list is impressive, and while large enough to accommodate a group, it is much more intimate than say, a... More

Had some great lamb here. The wine list was amazing the sides were also very nice. Valet a little slow and the oysters not the freshest is why stopped a 5 star rating.

I think the title says it all. This is a very nice restaurant. Great atmosphere, great service and great food. I had the New York Steak which was absolutely fantastic. My wife had the Halibut which was cooked perfectly and delicious. The wine list is large and has a great selection. We started the meal with a very nice Sancerre... More

Went here for our 40th anniversary dinner ( it's been our 3rd time there, we go here when we visit our son) It's a great place, yes pricey, but worth every penny!!! The service is excellent without being overbearing. We ordered NY steak, crab claws, filet and everyone raved over the food. Desserts were chocolate lava cake and lemon bread... More

Eaten here several times, its a winner! Reservations are a must. You should look nice, most people are in business casual or fancy jeans. Parking is valet, unless you can manage a spot on the street where they have several signs with limits on times/days. Food is excellent. Beef is cooked and seasoned to perfection. When you sit you can... More

I celebrated my dinner birthday here. Wine selection is extensive. Costumer care outstanding! Price is right for that special occasion. Cuts are high quality! Deserts are phenomenal!

Well the food was amazing! The bar was underwhelming and not a whole lot of room to wait and enjoy and appetizer or something before you are seated. Service was top notch, drinks were amazing (Grounds for Divorce - yum), food near perfect. My steak was undercooked and for a $50.00 filet you want it perfect everyone else's steaks were... More

We've dined here a few times. Last week we came here again due to Dine LA. We started with an Iceburg Wedge salad and the crab bisque. Then we had the filet mignon which was excellent. For the dessert my wife had the cheesecake and she enjoyed it a lot. However I had the chocolate brownie with sundae which the... More

If you like oysters, this is the place to go in Pasadena. They regularly have at least two kinds on the menu. The service is very good, all of the entrees and appetizers are great. The steaks are excellent; bring your appetite and wallet, as they are pricey! Nice atmosphere but a bit loud for my (senior) ears. You can... More
