We were a huge group, attending a holiday gathering. It seemed as if there were only 4 servers that night for the large group, and they did the best they could. They were friendly and fun, but I felt a few more helpers would have been better for everyone. We were in the Rococo room, and it was nice. Easy... More

Set back from the bustle of Colorado Blvd in the heart of Old Town Pasadena one finds Café Santorini nestled among a small and delightful village of stores, restaurants and boutiques. One of the best attractions here is the varied options for seating. For those who like to belly up to the bar, the seating at the half moon counter... More

Really nice find in Pasadena's Old Town. If you enjoy tasty Greek fare, this is the place to try. Stuffed grape leaves to start and Lamb Souvlaki for an entree made for a wonderful feast. The tastes were great and the portion sizes hearty. Definitely worth trying!

Celebrated birthday at this restaurant. It was busy on Halloween night. Chose it due to reviews. It did not disappoint. All the dishes we tried were superb. Loved the eggplant appetizer especially.

The restaurant was crowded on a Friday night but I managed to get a seat at the bar counter. The hostess was not warm or friendly. When she realized that I was a solo diner, she just pointed me to the bar counter. The server at the Bar was a lot more service oriented. The couple next to me was... More

A mix of Italian and Mediterranean menu. Always busy so next to reserve a table. I prefer the nice outdoor patio seating. Good cocktails and overall food is quite appetizing in a casual environment.

After huffing and puffing up the stairs to the terrace (not for handicapped persons), I was happy I opted to eat outside rather than in the downstairs inside restaurant -- for the pots filled with flowers were gorgeous. I began with the Mozzarella Caprese appetizer which was very fresh with Roma tomatoes, basil and olive oil, while my partner enjoyed... More

We chose this place based on TripAdvisor reviews, unfortunately. One of our appetizers, the grilled calamari, was outstanding, plus a huge portion. It was downhill from there. The halumi was bland and the tomatoes as well. The two specials, prime rib and swordfish, were okay, though pricey at $33 and $30 each. The prime rib was disappointingly blah, though the... More

Lots of stairs, is what I recall. But good Mediterranean food. Cool, funky decor. I had a very nice piece of salmon, huge, actually, over lentils. Nice.

We stopped there for lunch on our way from the Huntington Library Art Collection to the Getty museum. We were starving and the restaurant is very close to a public parking on the map. What a nice idea that was! We ate on the terrace, the weather was beautiful, the food was good and the portions were HUGE! I could... More
