Great sandwiches, pastries, quiche, etc

The is really a bakery that also serves a limited menu. Their bread is excellent making it a great place for a sandwich. The quiche are always fresh, often just out of the oven. Biggest problem is parking, next is limited space for dining. But definitely worth the effort.

Small Deli/bakery in downtown Pasadena near the 210 fwy. They create special sandwiches with food they prepare from scratch including bakery.. There are inside tables and takeout is offered. Parking is mostly on the street and can be hard to find.

This is really just an expanded bakery with a few tables. It may not be completely fair to judge it just like a full service restaurant. You place your order at the counter and they do bring it to your table. That's it and that's fine as long as you don't expect more. The food is really good, especially the... More

All their pastries are freshly made and very tempting. I love the pistachios pastry but not always available. I also like their scone and cake. There are seats that you could enjoy a quick lunch or breakfast. The only thing that prevent me from going more often is parking.

The location is good with a great variety of baked goods to choose from. I enjoyed the quiche but I got a half a cup of coffee and the young lady who served me didn't seem to be in a good mood.:) I heard great things about this place and I will return tomorrow again.

Sandwiches are really good. We go about twice a month for lunch. Favorite, chicken salad on olive bread. Their bread is always great, problem with the sandwich, if you get the end or flatter part of the loaf,,, you get a tiny sandwich. Seems like there could always be a little more seasoning. The original place could use a makeover.

The food here keeps me coming back in spite of the poor service. The Macarons are the best - period. For lunch, try the BLTA or Egg Salad Sandwich. Unfortunately, the employees make no effort to connect with customers, but the food is worth it.

Had hoped this would be better than it was. Fresh breads and desserts the main strengths, execution of the sandwiches so so. Salad was pretty good, crusted chicken with greens, peppers, carrots with an asian style dressing. A roll or piece of bread to go along with it would have been a nice touch. Salmon sandwich was cold, smoked salmon--... More

We visit the newer Europane in Pasadena and love the large oak communal tables and picture windows. Both locations have smaller tables that remind me of middle school art class - small metal legs on plastic chairs and matching off white tables. The bakery case is something out of the 50s and I understand it can cost 50-100k for a... More
