EuroPane has some of the best baked goods in Pasadena. Their unique egg salad sandwich is one of the best around -- not quite hard eggs with fresh herbs on superb toasted bread. Also a great place to buy bread by the loaf and tasty pastries to take home!

WE had an enjoyable lunch here. Street parking was available, and the sandwiches (French Dip and a goat cheese) were excellent because the bread was so nice and crusty. The bathroom is in an odd location.

Great atmosphere, it's got a nice selection of bread and deserts and fulfilling food too. Fast line, not too expensive -- what's not to like?

I have been coming to Europane for years. I think they are the best in Pasadena. We love their bread, and the quiche, pastries, and all baked goods are superior. Their bread makes ANY bread from the supermarket taste like cardboard. Their coffee is excellent, this is a great place to go for coffee, a snack or lunch. Please note... More

This is an excellent place for lunch - plenty of variety on the menu and all the dishes including sandwiches are made up freshly once you order. Speedy and pleasant service and a nice cool environment to sit in with a mix of small tables and a large one in the center of the space. Reasonable prices as well. And... More

Stopped for lunch before visiting the Norton Simon Museum on a Sunday. You order at the counter and then find a seat either in or outside. Counter service is somewhat disorganized with multiple people waiting on the same customers. However the food arrived promptly and was very good. I had a half roast beef sandwich on rosemary currant bread and... More

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I went every breakfast & lunch for a week while visiting Pasadena and still didn't try everything I wanted -- that would be pretty much the whole menu. The cinnamon buns are spectacular and the egg salad sandwich justifiably famous. Go to Europane and plan to go often.

I went here for breakfast one morning. It was one of the first places open on Colorado Boulevard. I chose a breakfast wrap which came with srambled egg and bacon. Sadly the wraps had all been pre-made and I think they were heated in the microwave to order, most of the other places that serve breakfast, cook the food fresh,... More

Our friend from France ate here all the time. Having finally tried it myself, I now understand why. The pastries and quiche are DELICIOUS. We try to order something different any time we go to Euro Pane and 95% of the time we are not disappointed. We've never stayed to "dine in" or order a meal, so I really can't... More

Food is good but don't go if you are in a hurry. Order at the counter--from someone who is quite rude. Not a great atmosphere
