Gourmet dining? No. Tasty burger for lunch? Absolutely. The Islands Paseo location (in the Paseo mall at 330 East Colorado) feels more like a Chili’s with surfboards, hanging coconuts and servers in Hawaiian shirts than a five-star dining experience, but it lived up to a friend’s recommendation of a place that would serve up “just a great burger.” There for... more
